I watched Ash from Guerrilla Miniatures Games Lets Play video of Warhammer Quest Cursed City last night and it was cool to see a scenario play through. Covered a lot of the game mechanics as well as some of the abilities of four of the heroes. I'm even more excited about playing it myself now and the basic rules are simple enough that it will be easy to get my nephews involved.
Word of warning for anyone watching it, he plays one of the crisis events so if you'd rather not see one of those before playing yourself you may want to avoid it. Other than that though it's a good watch.

Was looking at the new April White Dwarf preview to see if there was anything about this game but it seems not.
I know when Blackstone launched there was a mission in White Dwarf for two of the characters, the priest and zealot I think. Gave them a bit more of a back story and the opportunity to earn some wargear if the mission was a success. Would be great to see that for this game as well I think.

They mentioned on the AoS FB page after the preview that the number of skeletons shown were for showcase purposes rather than unit size.

No problem. Often hard to gauge the size of the miniatures in some images, been trying to work out the scale of some of them myself.

The how to play video is pretty good, explains most of the basics. Feels very much like a tweaked version of Blackstone which is no bad thing as I quite liked how that played.
My only concern is it seems stock my be a little limited initially.

According to rumours this morning price seems to be £125.

I'm guessing it will be similar to Blackstone Fortress in that you can simply control an entire party yourself.

I think they'll get a warscroll trough the Cursed City game, what I meant is I don't think we will see a new unit of them for the new Battletome.

There's a new article briefly discussing heroes levelling up.
Mentions at the bottom that the game will be available to pre-order soon so it may be closer than I thought, possibly an April pre-order date.

I think she is actually part of the Soulblight release rather than Cursed City. Guessing her background ties into Cursed City like the Rat guy.

Really like the new skeletons and zombies, looking at the video it seems there will be a few options in the kits which is nice.

Guessing they jumped the gun, or the schedule has changed since they first got their copy. GW themselves have only put up a few character/lore articles so far so it would be odd for others to start releasing more information first.

Element Games had tweeted yesterday that they would be previewing some of the contents this week but the tweet seems to have disappeared now from what I can see.
