While the 40k release is decent, I was hoping for something more focused on She Who Thirsts-still time I guess, but I think they missed an opportunity here. Guest Posted March 8, 2017 Share Posted March 8, 2017 It's long been rumoured that GW have been tweaking Slaanesh's aesthetic to be less sexy. Something more like the Cenobites from Hellraiser would work - more body-modification type horror. Maybe a more Geiger-esque look that is inspired by and echoes sexual themes without the need for anything genuinely explicit like exposed ******. That should set Slaanesh apart from his/her brother gods nicely. I'd also like to see god-specific beastmen for all the gods, so some Slaangor would be very high on my wishlist. You could also have large kits representing hellishly complex equipment for torturing adversaries on an industrial scale - like the Cauldron of Blood / Bloodwrack Shrine but a little more steampunk and with the spikeyness cranked up to 11.
