Hammerhal spells for a Living City wizard?

Hi! I'm a new member here and also getting started on Age Of Sigmar.

I was hoping if someone can answer my question.  I was playing around with the Azyr app building a Living City army and noticed that the app allowed my wizard to take spells from the Hammerhal spell lore.

I'm under the impression that you could only take spells from the Living City spell lore. Am I missing something or is there a bug in the app?

Sounds like a bug. You shouldn't have access to the Lore of Cinder in a Living City army.
