New to AoS - Help with initial Legion of Blood List

Hi!

I'm a seasoned gamer, but completely new to Age of Sigmar. I had something like 10k of Chaos for the old Fantasy Battle, but due my son being born during End Times, I left "Fantasy" and have since been focused on playing Horus Heresy and 40k. 

However, I have decided that I really like the new AoS models and so I want to dip my toe in and start! I have purchased Legions of Nagash and am keenly digesting it, but I can't claim to really understand all the ins-and-outs of list building, and certain haven't got a proper understanding of what actually works in game... having never played!

Please can you provide some help!

Ideally I would like to build a list around the Court of Nulahmia. 

I am currently thinking of buying the following to start my army:

• Battleforce Blade of the Blood Queen
• Start Collecting: Malignants
• Blood Knights (converting from Dragon Blades and Death Upgrade Pack + bits box)
