Age of Sigmar Campaign - Grognard Games (Roselle, IL)

Age of Sigmar – League The league will be a total of 8 weeks.
Each week will have a randomly drawn scenario from the open war cards. 
Armies will grow weekly depending on the outcome of each match. 
The General’s Handbook 2017 pitched battle system and organization will be used (normal rules for summoning). 

The starting points for the league is 400 points to start. You will have 200 free points to be used on your general. If your general is more than 200 points, then you will subtract any points greater than 200 from your 400 point starting total. (Example: If you want to take a Freeguild General on Griffon that is 260 points, then your starting points will be 340 to create your starting army.)

Once your army grows (rules below), you must fill two battle line units before taking any other unit types following the vanguard pitched battle format. Only until your army point total exceeds 1,000 points, then you can use the battlehost pitched battle format (with only a two battle line unit requirement instead of 3). 

After each weekly match you will be awarded the following: Win: 50 points plus the higher of two six sided dice rolls times 10. (Example: 50 points for the win, plus two dice roll result 5 and 2. Picking the 5 dice roll, 50 points + (5 x 10) = 100 points earned that week. Tie or Loss: 50 points plus dice roll times 10.

Additionally, you will roll and pick a unit to have a unique power granted. You may not choose a unit to be granted a power more than twice. If a power is rolled for a unit that it had previously received the same roll, then re-roll until a new power is selected.
