Has anyone seen the Honest Wargamer IDK faction focus for 3.0? They rated reavers very highly as the biggest winner coming into the new edition. Anyone have experience using them in the new edition?

Seems like the Alarith ability Enduring as Rock should be used every turn since they don't mention any downside to using it

I think GW did a poor job of setting expectations with this release. The articles discussed all the elements equally for the most part and discussed Tyrion quite a bit as well. There was Phoenix-dragon iconography too which had everyone hyped. If they were just planning to release the mountain subfaction (which seems very likely now), they should have focused on that in the articles. The "BIG" adepticon reveal was disappointing as it was just 2 units. I hope they reveal more next weekend but I doubt it'll be Tyrion/other elements at this point.

Looks like they have different runes on their chest. Maybe some of the symbols are the "sun" rune.  Fingers crossed for tyrion and tyrion aligned models!

Technically, attack and defense rolls should be at the same time.  So, yes, you should still roll for defense
