I think some of the stormhosts are actually quite good overall.
Tempest lords, Celestial Vindicators, heldenhammer all look pretty good.

Fairly certain if you take a stormhost you have to take the items/abilities within it.

I am not sure on stormhosts, which ones do people think are the standouts or could see them using?

I believe it would be 12 shots, make a unit of 6, then anvils command ability to shoot the unit in the hero phase then shoot following shooting phase

Being one of the first battletomes to be re done in the new edition, I would say it's not really a nerf, as every other battletome going forward will most likely have similar battalion adjustments

What would be the best loadout for Judicators, crossbow or skybolt?

What does everyone think to the Drakesworn Templar ?.
What weapon would you say is the best to equip him with?
If using the stormhosts, can it be the general and would gain the hosts abilities/items?

Afternoon all.
New sigmar player, picked up the Stormcast book today and straight off the bat I want to know what people think regarding the Drakesworn Templar Vs Lord Celestant on star dragon, and which they prefer (Picked up the model but undecided which would be better overall).
And I think the points reduction for Vanguard Palladors make them really good, 400pts for a unit of 6 is not to shabby.

So overall then, are you guys happy overall with the new book?
I think there are alot of options available for variety and also strong units available.
