I'm currently sitting on 6k points of Death and 14k points of chaos (that's mortals, Skaven and daemons).  Everything is currently making the transition to round bases and painting (I have yet to actually play a game).

Plaguebearers and Bloodletters come with 32mm in the start collecting boxes.  I like how they look so I am re-basing all of my other daemons accordingly (except daemonettes, hey look too small).
