Heres the army I am looking at running, I just wondering on people with more experience than me think. I've only had 1 game of 3.0 (playing with SCE to learn the rules) last time I played was at the beginning of 2.0 

Any advice on what would play well to help win battleplans would be great.

Been away from the hobby for a few months. Ended up with covid and isolating, decided I would paint up some old models.

These were the only unpainted maggotkin I had lying around so got these done over the past 2 days. Waiting on the new book before I make any additional purchases, bit I forgot how much fun painting is!

Just wanted to share as I am rather pleased with the results.

Fully agree, I played a game of "sub optimal" units the other day and still managed a minor victory. 

 

If an army/list was able to steam roll opponents for the majority of games I play then it wouldn't be much fun and require less tactical thinking. I would also be rather unpopular in my local gaming circle.

 

I play games to have fun and a tactical experience. Not stomp on the other player. 

 

Then again I'm not a WAAC player..

Quick question with celestial blades, how are folks playing this with weapons like lightning hammers etc that cause 2 MWs and attack sequence ends?
