Not the creator, but it looks like the body of a Dracoline (Astreia Solbright, Lord-Arcanum's mount) with a swap of head and tail with a Thunderwolf Cavalry (from the 40k Space Wolf range). The fur on the body looks to be handsculpted. Edit: Looks like the ear of the dracoline was saved too, haha!

A super cool conversion, in my eyes! Really swell looking wolfish creature that blends well with the others of the project!
