I use mostly Vallejo paints, so for the purple it's their violet with white mixed in as the highlights get brighter.  The greens are Caliban > German Camo > light German Camo > their bright, almost neon green game color (forgot the name) > Bright Yellow, washing with Caliban as needed.  Body of the dragon is Gray Black > Deep Sea Blue > and their Teal color.
