could also one of the heroes from the Spire of Dawn set. Or Slambo. Oh God it's Slambo. (I'm heading for their web store to make a list now).
And the list of heroes I think it could possibly be:
Fatemaster
Warrior Priest (old one)
Witch Hunter
Gunmaster
The Witch Hunter as Hanniver Toll from City of Secrets could be really, really cool.

Yeah, I guess he's the obvious missing hero from Stormcast (but apparently not obvious to me, since I didn't think of him at all!). Damn!

Any ideas what (who?) they're talking about with the phrase "In the most recent White Dwarf, rules for the Tzaangor Shaman were added, and there is yet another hero on the way in March’s issue." Is there a new hero release on its way (preferably with an entire new army to back it, right, Steamhead Duardin fanatics)?
I was just about to post this! I'm not sure there's really any existing hero (with a base size that fits) they haven't done a hero card for yet, so it MUST be from a new release....right? Unless it's the Lord-Veritant - that would be great as I am looking for an excuse to buy and paint it.

The main antagonist being a slaanesh sorcereria excellent. I think it is a really cool idea that a Slaaneshi character uses the minions of other Gods to further his goals.
I think what I love most about this, even though I don't think I'm going to buy the game, is that they're moving a ton of things around in the lore without connecting it to the release of new models or armies. They're using a low-cost approach that gives new narrative context to models people might already own. Everyone talks about how they're gonna phase out all the old stuff and so on and so on, but it looks like they're just having fun fitting the Old World into the Mortal Realms in creative ways. Still not going to buy the game, but I like where the lore is going.

He's a GW stockist, (also at Mongoose Publishing) and is the "hobby hero" Heelanhammer interviewed. Basically a good character and not the sort to spread a rumour or false information. I would take that as the real contents for the game
if it's legit, I really think it looks like a misstep for the WQ franchise. They could have spent the development time on a rulebook for incorporating all sorts of already existing miniatures into the game instead - no need to repack a bunch of miniatures. And the fact that these heroes already have rules for the original ST is a development decision i just cannot understand. A big part of the appeal of ST was the setting and the preview of things to come.

It is definitely coming out soon as it is in next months white dwarf.
what everyone has been calling a slaughter priest looks much more like a reaver champion to me.
They are using the same sprues from the box sets so have sets of 5 and 10 makes sense. The user on Dakka typed it up themselves (possibly from an order sheet which retailers would be getting about now) so that explains the spelling mistake.
The minis cost about £130 individually so it is a discount. There are also 5 more board tiles in the new box.
Of course I would love more minis and a lower price but I expect this to turn out to be true.
his write-up also says that it is compatible with the old ST - then why have a bunch of Acolytes in both boxes? I think I'll wait for something official.

do we have any indication of how legit this is? Having 10 of an adversary group wouldn't make a lot of sense in regards to the way the Silver Tower version of the game works, and that looks like VERY little variety in enemies. Only 3 types and a boss? ST had 9.
Also: The text consistently misspells Hammerhal, which is usually a good sign of a leak being fake.

Check this out.
Taken from dakka. Not impressed by the minis, but looking forward to seeing the new rules and board sections.
I think I would have preferred it to be a card only expansion.
Didn't see this posted before - regarding the new Warhammer Quest:
WARHAMMER QUEST: SHADOWS OVER HAMMERHALL
Warhammer Quest: Shadows over Hammerhall is a stand-alone boxed game for 2-5 players set in the splendid city of Order – Hammerhall. Up to 4 players can quest in the catacombs and dungeons below the city, while another acts as game master, setting fiendish obstacles, controlling the antagonists (monsters) and setting the story – it’s up to this player to take charge of revealing the secrets each dungeon has to offer.
The game is fully compatible with the Warhammer Quest: Silver Tower game and the Hero Cards. Any miniatures or rules the customer already owns for that game can also be used in this game. In addition, the game has a lot of replay-ability, as character level up and increase their skills as you play. The box contains 31 miniatures, including:
1x Lord Castellant and Gryph Hound
1x Cogsmith
1x Black Art Fleetmaster
1x Loremaster
1x Chaos Sorcerer Lord
5x Putrid Blightkings
10x Kairic Acolytes
10x Bloodreavers
1x 72 page guide book
1x 32 page adventure book
18x double sides board sections
55x cards
12x dice
A variety of counters and markers for tracking your heroes as they gain experience and skills under the city of Hammerhall
£90, on sale 25th Feb.do we have any indication of how legit this is? Having 10 of an adversary group wouldn't make a lot of sense in regards to the way the Silver Tower version of the game works, and that looks like VERY little variety in enemies. Only 3 types and a boss? ST had 9.

Id agree that heir is something not quite right with it . . . .
I am glad to see I'm not alone in thinking that! It kinda looks like it belongs in another decade.

It isn't a good sign that there are no duardin on march's cover if they were to be revealed that month.
It sure isn't. BUT the Vanguard wasn't on the front page either. Hopefully a leak will clarify soon enough. If the duardin are in there the poster probably can't help but reveal it.

A user on War of Sigmar just pointed out that this is probably the same creature hinted at with the picture of the striped tail in December. https://war-of-sigmar.herokuapp.com/bloggings/1592

Crescent is Stormcast. It's on most Liberator belts.
oh, right. Thanks for clearing that up. I'm not a Stormcast player, but I have the Questor from the Silver Tower box (which, I can see now, has the crescent as well)
-
Is the crescent in the middle something anyone recognizes? Is it Aelven? Will we have gun-slinging Aelf flying cowboys?!

Excited about the Duardin in the picture above. Also interesting that the Duardin is wielding a sword.
Yeah, he looks like a Duardin corsair or sailor, maybe?

So now the big question is: What ELSE from the Silver Tower is coming back as part of a larger release (Apart from the rest of the Arcanites stuff)? The Aelves? As long as it's not the Grot Scutlings...

Has anyone heard if there will be a gift included in the December White Dwarf? Wasn't there supposed to be a gift for each of the first four issues?

I think that's fake. They spell Kairos "Fate Weaver" in the text below and "Fateweaver" everywhere else.

Is it correct that we know part 3 of the Gathering Storm goes on preorder next week, but that we have zero hints at what comes the week after that? I think that's pretty exciting.
