  1. i'm ok with non mixed unit , instead we could have mixed race specific stuff, like aelf with  black powder, duardin using dark elf poison, even fireslayer flagelant, ogor priest or academic mage.

even gitz devoted to sigmar, orruk city guard, outcast skaven, nighthaunt heroes from the past, soulblight renegade, FEC  Abhorant ghoul noble knight etc. 🤪

  2. i have ptsd from  the squated Dogs of War army (best army concept, some crazy and very unique units imo), (had a book, it's not like it was a white dwarf list).

so i know every army can be deleted just like that (my friends playing Bretonnia (i live in Bretagne) and Khemri droped the game.

and i'm a wood elves player and never loved the new sylvaneth, i prefer Kurnothi and Daïkinee design.

btw i'm addict to new things (thx capitalism) so i accept changes to open new opportunity (ok it take me 8 years to play warhammer again).

  3. yep, ie: i'm not sure there is a point having 2 heavy cavalry warscrolls (except thematic army, maybe some very special rules).

"You’ll also be able to dip into many other battletomes with some flexible and thematic rules for allies" :

end of coalition?, expanded allies rules? same as before?

I really want to be able to choose from every order battletome, my reason to want to play CoS.

  4. i'm sad to see wanderer leaving the cities but i guess it's pretty logical. at least i don't have to convert them to AOS and  i can keep my 4K pts to play vers my tomb king and bretonian friends. hope they fuse the on 1 warscroll.

i really miss Sisters of the watch and Sisters of the thorn because there is a big lack of women regiments in cities.

some units may overlap, too much base infantry/ranged infantry ?

How do we know it's 54 Warscrolls for Cities?

preview of the launch box, because there is 54 warscroll cards in it.

There’s also a special edition of the Battletome: Cities of Sigmar with cover art unique to this army set, and a deck of warscroll cards for all 54 units they can field. What makes up the rest of the roster? You’ll have to wait and see…

Thinking about it. I think 3 ranks of 5 should be the cap for units. It’s still a lot to build, paint, rank and move around. Any more it becomes cumbersome

it was 4 rank of 4 a long time ago. then it was in creased to 5.

There are (presumed) halflings in the novel "Godeater's Son". I can't remember what the tripe is named but they have the proportions of halflings but their skin is described as periwinkle in color.

thanks, first time i hear of halfling in age of sigmar.

    periwinkle? like Schtroumpf/Smurf ? :D
