    So maybe the death/life is for AoS, but the orc-background is for 40K?

    This RE is very interesting IMO. The hand doesn't look like anything else in 40K or AoS AFAIK.
    It has claws and is very dark skinned. Much darker skin than most things I can think of in the game. Maybe Belakor comes closest.
    Based on the detailed painting on the claw I'm also guessing the hand is quite big.
    Also looks like it's using some sort of magic.

    My guess is either some sort of Chaos daemon or some kind of Malerion-/Ulgu-creature (I have a suspicion Malerion's elves will be dark skinned).

    I think my main issue with kruleboyz is the lack of variety in playstyles.

    I think it would be very good to have the possibility to lean into a whole bunch of other strategies. Such as: Ambush, Big scary monsters, Heavy debuffing, Movement shenanigans including slowing down enemies or even pinning them completely.

    All of these could quite easily fit thematically as well.

    Geedubs really should offer up Mugruk for a week or so like they did with the necron event model. 

    Mugruk da Watcha is such a great and characterful sculpt and for a model commonly taken in multiples it would be great to have access to alternative sculpts. 

    However Mannok da kunnin would make a great shammy base as well.

    I think it's underestimated how much work, time and money goes into releases and I doubt there is anything simple about releasing a product in any way other than how it was intended. 

    It's not like space marines tho, who have had multiple releases since the start of 9th edition. Stormcast haven't had a wave since the launch of 3d edition.

    I've considered all three options actually hehe.
    Mugruk is a bit too expensive, mainly because I can't find it in Sweden and the shipping and taxes from UK for a single tiny model simply isn't worth it.
    I have an old metal orc shaman model which I really like, but it doesn't have the same look as the kruleboyz-orruks.
    I'm interested in converting somehow. Staff swap and/or posion bowl swap is a good idea, just wondering if there are any good hands/staffs to replace them with. Head swap would be hard I think, due to how the swampcalla model is constructed.

    If anyone has any examples of conversions I'd be interested in hearing/seeing them.

    (Please let me know if this isn't a good thread for this)

    I'd like to play with two swampcalla shamans to get more access poisons, elixirs and spells.
    But I really don't like playing with two identical hero models on the table.
    Does anyone have any good tips for conversions or proxys?

    I'm really curious what will happen to the "Dark Elves" in AoS.
    Misthavn is still a city of Sigmar. But Har Kuron is a Morathi-city, for now...

    I wouldn't hate Darkling Covens, Order Serpentis, Scourge Privateers and Shadowblades getting transferred to DoK.
    My dream-scenario would be a release of Malerion, Malerion-Elves and a new Hero on Drakespawn (Did Malus survive?) all put into DoK or combined to make a new faction.

    I have a question regarding Kruleboyz Waaagh hopefully someone can answer or, if it has already been answered before, point me to the answer.

    When you pick the units within 18 inches to fight with the general, how do you take "strike last"-effects into account?

    Or maybe the recycling possibilities are really bad where you live.
