Between covid, brexit with it’s associated tariffs, and Ever Given incident backlogging a lot of imports there are plenty of reasons for a delay in availability rather than an outright cancelling of the line.  ‘Expected’ is a very lose term and fortunately pretty much translates as ‘we haven’t a clue what is going on’, rather than that’s it they’re gone for good.  It’s likely that their printers are back logged for the foreseeable future as orders need to be placed many months in advance.

    The lack of transparency and a clear answer from GW is infuriating, but admitting publicly about production issues or delays reduces the value of shares in the company, and at the end of the day GW’s priority for decades now has been maintaining the value of their shares.  As such I wouldn’t expect a single word from them until another wave is made available or the game fades into obscurity.

I know that he is probably not dead for the next quest if he rollen anything higher than a 1 with the questdice after the game, but i thought there might be a way to revive him during the game. In my first game together with a friend, one hero died not long after the start of the game. It was not so much a problem as we both played two heroes, but if we were four people, one player had to be in "spectator-mode" for the rest of the evening. 

    One of the end of turn event table results let’s you revive a fallen hero.

    Expect a minimum of 15 games using exactly the same 4 characters each time to complete the campaign.  There is a catch up mechanic that will get everyone up to level 4 in 6 additional games.  Currently there is no way to reach level 5, unless it’s in the secret envelope, so I’d expected the first expansion to pick up at level 4.

In regards to the ‘treasure quests’ seemingly lacking in loot I’mguessing it was the Gorilla Miniatures review you were watching?  He unfortunately (and understandably as the rule for realm stone as scattered all over) got the rules the wrong way around.  You remove most of the cards from the deck for the other quests, then add it back in during the Scavenger quests.  Usual amounts we’ve seen per game is 2 in Hunts or Deliverance, and 10-12 in Scavenger runs.  We did have the Dwarf along who massively increases your Realm Stone chance by double dipping  the loot deck.
