Looking for a Forgeworld Merwyrm. they were discontinued before i started playing but i want to run them as a flavor piece in my lumineth and kruleboyz lists. would pay more for new with box and unassembled. willing to buy assembled and unpainted. send me any offers you have and ill message you back thanks.

    Correct me if im wrong but this brings it so that every model except the shaman has a decently priced option to get it? yes im counting the kb on foot in the Warrior starter set as decently affordable. the shaman isnt printed by itself or in any box below 99$.

    dont have a sex. boyz is a generic term but ork (and orruk) reproduction is spore based. they die, turn to mush, and the mush spawns yoofs.

    I know it cause, as a nighthaunt player as first army, I know that reikenor's ability works like this (it was faqed 1 year or more ago).

    units are friendly to themselves. yes. also to further this it affects the battletrait trigger not the model anyways and if it triggers the battletrait it would trigger the sludgeraker venom.

I want to add im not against people saying it needs to be faqd. im not saying this doesnt belong in kruleboyz because it clearly does but if its not faqd its not legal. will this stop me from buying one and painting it for big yellers? no i absolutely plan to use it once its legal but its not yet so strictly speaking im pointing out based off rules not personal opinion.

    id agree with that if it had it in the new app. if the most recent app from gw for the game doesnt have it i wont accept it until it does. i completely agree it doesnt make sense but until the WH AOS app is changed its not a legal pick. just facts until faqd.

    im sorry to point out that your list is invalid though. marshcrawla sloggoth (which the aura i assume helped alot with your games) is not a kruleboyz unit. this list wouldve needed to be big waagh to run it. besides that i love the list and will likely try it with a few alterations. im not a huge fan of the birds yet but i love taking multiple mirebrutes.

    im just thinking stupid combos with gordrakk so gordrakk can give a command to ANY 3 friendly units within the 18"(he counts as your general) and kb on vulcha can give the same one. with proper set up you can unleash hell 4 times for 2 cp in same phase. seems dumb and fun but maybe not the best.

    i think they are fantastic for bw and ive been looking at them, boltboyz, and strangely kb on vulcha as great bw pieces.

Do you have any constructive thoughts?

     

    so I have your answer but its going to rain on a parade here. you cant take a marshcrawler in current kruleboyz list. it doesn't currently have it and even if you try and make a kruleboyz list in the new app its not listed. so the correct answer here is that you actually have 300 points to play with because the marshcrawler is an illegal choice. you could include any number of the listed choices you want in that 300. personally I like the idea of taking a killaboss on foot, a shaman, and a unit of hobgrotz for maximum use but you could take a kb/mirebrute or mirebrute/shaman as choices as well. sorry to be the one to point out that marshcrawler currently doesn't have kruleboyz keyword.

    Also, I'd need to factor in the new Megaboss ability to have command abilities affect two units. With him I can Mighty Destroyers/All Out Attack two units, so I think its a less obvious change than it might first appear, given how few units the Warchanter would be buffing in this build.

    Missing out on the Waaagh points is definitely an issue though. Annoying that no Kruleboyz units contribute additional points.

    Just remember that he still has a range on the 2 units he gives the command to and also they must be ironjawz. this really does limit down the use of a megaboss in the list you showed and id still lean towards the warchanter.

    I'm also doing some Iron Jawz for my primarily Kruleboyz army. I'm going for pretty much the default Kruleboy paint scheme, so this is a Brute to match it!

    i hate to be the guy that points out big yellerz cause it already matches ironjawz. im sorry ill retreat to my corner now.

    @Voodoom i think it has uses in pure kb but id like to to point out taking that with gordrakk in big waaagh can give you 4*6 boltboys using unleash hell. or hold the line or anything. i think itd be a fun piece in pure kb and in big waagh so if you like it and want to surprise people do it.

  14. im with arzalyn that we will find out tomorrow during preorders when we can see the sprue. i have my doubts that theyd include a pet on an alt boss without so rules so im going to bet on the second half of his statement and its an anniversary figure.

    He shares feet. This barely matter but they do share feet. Seeing as I plan to put the killaboss on a gnashtoof it's great for me but on a shaman maybe put it on a killaboss and stabgrots base and it might fit

    im going to say he seem like a bully character to me. he goes around screwin up low cost spells so they blow up easily then once he NEEDS to get an unbind he can slap a mandrake once a game and pray for the d6 to land 6 mws. hes kunnin and cruel and i plan to use him and his decent mobility for a wizard to abuse low cost spells and casters.

    the extremis and other smaller dominion  boxes are the closest thing to a cheaper start collecting you'll get.

    Sorry to say but mounts don't get the mw on 6s. Still a beat stick no doubt but we aren't getting a mw machine with this.

  19. Do we know anything on the mbmk wound chart getting changed? The few I can think of that had recent changes had the first bracket moved back to closer to half for the first bracket. If mbmk got anything like this wouldn't it also make them more consistent longer?
