    Honestly it has been like that since the beginning. We never had a clear MOUNT ability like you can see on other army's scroll (Arcanum on Dracolines for example: https://www.games-workshop.com/resources/PDF/Downloads//ENG_Lord_Arcanum_on_Celestial_Dracoline.pdf)

    But we always considered that the fins/jaws/bites/etc count as mounts.

    Against some armies  I'd remove 1 Allopex and add the Akhelian Corps battalion to get a 4-drop list.

    I am a bit curious now...

    The FAQ says you cannot set up 4 halves.
    You need to remember that 1 half and 1 full boat are both considered as 1 scenery, and you can set up two of those.

    So you can do:

    2 halves
    1 half / 1 full
    2 full

    How to you get to +1save?

    You start at 4+, 3+ with drum, 2+ with cover. If you charge you lose the cover, so you stay at +2 no?

    Probably one Morsarr with the Net allopex doing the deepstrike, the rest under the turtle (Save +2 on all with cover and Drum turn 1)
