That is the biggest load of licensing bull I have ever read, either some very important details have been left out or this is such a plain lie.
GW is a publicly traded company, no single individual holds the power to sign off on such a deal.
All the developers that have ever worked with a licensed GW product tell the same tale: GW is obnoxiously protective of the IP in every way, down to the most insignificant detail.
Even if a single person did sign off on something of this magnitude, the deal would be considered null and void due to a lack of due diligence on GW's part.
Licensing deals fall through for a million and one different reasons. This doesn't mean foul play or that the end product is even cancelled, only that it might be delayed.
The show probably hasn't even entered anything that even resembles pre-production, the last earnings report mentioned that the two companies are still negotiating about a possible joint movie venture. And also because the announcement only happened so early because the Hollywood Reporter leaked it.
Absurd "Leak" written like someone who's only knowledge of corporate functions, hierarchy and relations come from white collar drama shows.

Rumor for the 10th reminds me of Elder or Dork elder. Can't give a comprehensive argument for why, but it just does.

Looks like a steel pipe that the skeleton is attached to. I dunno, could be anything really.

The hands on the Morbheg knights' banner are playing rock, paper, scissors.
Undeath does nothing to quell the desire for cheeky references

I think the executioner ghoul is lowkey one of my favorites from the entire reveal, aside from Ushoran
It really embodies the descent from man to ghoul, from the remaining vestiges of clothing, the cowl, and the horrifically neglected axe that matches attire, it really makes the descent into madness seem that much more potent in this piece here.

Perhaps a QoL update for the site, if a picture is hidden it won't show in the posted images tab.

Honest wargamer also tweeted the leak if you're following him

Ushoran has been in a Ossiarch jail for quite a while now per the dawnbringer stories, it would be kinda weird to have him be a part of Nagash's trusted companions.
I think that we will see Ushoran as an independent death leader, and a new FeC Mortarch will come. It will also mirror the FeC delusions and how Nagash is portrayed, some see him as a benevolent god while others perceive him as a carrion overlord that must be avoided at all cost.

The first statues have been shown. I do hope we get some AoS ones as well.
Those Weta folks are AMAZING!
It's quite funny that the game still doesn't have a release date and they're marketing sm2 Titus to such an extent.

New RE: The Rumour Engine – 14th November 2023 - Warhammer Community (warhammer-community.com)
Looks like something from 40k, right? It's a Votann bomb rack, has the exact same design as the killteam.

Quite interesting that the article implies that the new judge Character sometimes sees the world for what it really is, and puts the courtiers that notice this phenomenon on a rigged trial.
Wonder how this will work in the narrative going forward. Maybe some FEC quite like this delusion and are aware of it's existence.

Kragnos has had the Drogrukh keyword since he was introduced, so it may come into use sometime in the future.

A question, which faction is the richest and has the most money and gold and treasure?:
- Ogor
- Slaanesh
- Ossiarch Bonereapers
- Daughters of Khaine
- Fyreslayers
- Kharadron Overlords
- Stormcast Eternal
- Lumineth Realm-lords
Ogors, they have the power of friendship, the greatest treasure of all

There's something to be said for there being two Order armies of scantily-clad religious-warriors who are trying to resurrect their dead god with model ranges based off singular units from WHFB... but who otherwise receive drastically different amounts of attention from GW.

I hope it is an Idoneth warband that has a single Aelf and just a bunch of sea creatures with them

4 battleforces
4 grand alliances
No destruction

Imotekh Is such a letdown. His new model is too similar to the regular Necron overlord, both design wise and because he now has the generic Necron color scheme. The older model's paint scheme helped him stand out, and his "face" gave the impression of a scowl with how it was hidden behind his shoulder.

This reveal show only had a single rumor engine if I am not mistaken, the exhaust pipe.

So we can expect five dawn bringer books now, can't we? Otherwise, it won't add up to the 12 factions that will receive models

The new models next to the 20 year old ones look so garish

This is what I wanted Vindictors to be when we got the initial Thunderstrike reveal!
Now I know what the elite infantry support for my Greywater force will look like.Although it's kinda weird they made full models/unit screenshots/etc. for old style Liberators when now we have these.
GW are secretive about their releases, Frontier has probably only been allowed to use the new designs due to the proximity to AoS 4.0.

By the way, haven't we had at least a few cases, recently, when the Rumour Engine the week before the preview, showed a kit that was unveiled on that show? Just makes me think that whomever that spear belongs to, we'll see that kit on Saturday. And following the mentions in Danwbringers books, I think I'd actually go with Khorne on that one.
the Claws of Karanak were also teased by the rumor engine a few days before they were revealed in full. So there is a precedent for models teased so close to a reveal show, to then be shown off.
