Actually, this looks sort of like it could be a fox paw with an extra digit at the back.

The base looks similar to some of the ruined Lumineth bases.

I think this will turn out to be either one of the strange and less well-described Water temple creatures/steeds, or (more likely) one of the Wind Temple "fox-faced" wind spirits with the big bows.  That's what I'm feeling anyway.  It always struck me that since that was one of the better-described creatures in the book that they must have at least worked out the model to some degree when they wrote the book.  Considering the book was likely done back in December (and thus the model even earlier) I don't find it unlikely at all that we could be seeing rumour engine pics of it now.

I like your theory and i see where you are coming from, but the Lumineth tome just released and i doubt that they will be teasing new minis that are atleast a year away from release.

And i think Lumineth are going to become the next "stormcasts" in the sence that they will have a major-ish release once a year for the forseable future.

As for the Aspects: We know from the partly revealed Warhammer Underworlds Card that River is about Speed etc.
So could it maybe look as follws:
Mountain = Endurance / patience and hard hitting [I really like the ability of our Mountain Spirit that they get +1 Attack when they havent charged, its so thematic]
    River =Speed / Manoeuvrability
Air = ranged Combat / also Speed (??)
Zenith = Insight / Enlightment / very much magic focused (??) / a "perfect" blend between Tyrionic and Teclian abilities = "true enlightenment"  😁

The main thing that puzzles me is, if both River and Air will be very much connected with speed or if they will divide this up more strictly.

Maybe air will be more focused on pure movement, as in move 12+ inches in the movement face or something, while water might be more focused on movement manipulation.  This could be " move friendly/enemy unit 3 inches if X condition is met in X phase"

  3. i keep thinking about the big elementals that the Lumineth have and i wonder what the remaining ones will look like. We know the mountain spirits that are inspired by yaks, the wind spirit is apparently a large anthropomorpic fox but what about river and zenith.

I think the river spirit will be a Capybara because the Seraphon have the amphibian and reptile market cornered and the Idoneth have the sea creatures, so a creature that mainly lives in rivers and on land would be neat addition, plus it would be a sight to behold.

  4. I think Teclis' price is affected by the fact he has a rather significant character tax. Also with the rest of the lumineth prices i can't determine if GW thought everybody would buy the Lumineth and then try to make the most money on them, or they don't think the army will be especially popular and are trying to meet their earning quotas.

So apparently we are getting two AOS rts games? One from gasket and one from Frontier.

    Focus-Home-Interactive-Warhammer-40k-War

Worth noting that Gasket games' staff consists largely of old Relic employees that worked on games such as Dawn of war: Dark Crusade, Company of heroes 1-2 and DoW: Retribution. So i except that they know how to handle GW IPs.

the article said it going to be on PC and Console so I don't think it a mobile IOS type game.

though Frontier Development is known for their theme park building games so it hard to gauge what kind of RTS they are planning to do for AoS.

From the looks of their previous games it will end up being Mortal Realm Zoo Tycoon.
