  1. Help a tree lover out here:

What exactly are our rules now?

Do we still have Navigate Realm-Roots? The ability is not in our battle traits or in the Awakened Wyldwoods warscroll.

For Awakened Wyldwoods, do I use only the ability on the warscroll for the most recent warscroll only or do I use those abilities plus the normal rules for a Wyldwoods? Can I still choose to put down 1 tree only?

Sorry if these are readily available to find but I've read a lot of conflicting information and some experienced replies would be nice. It's been confusing wading through all the changes

Is this too many melee units? I feel like between the Knights, the Guard, and Greatswords, I'm too melee heavy. The only things i haven't purchased so far are one box of Demigryph Knights and 1 box of Greatswords so i haven't fully committed to the list. I also have a ton of Stormcast i can slot in. Celestant Prime is a popular choice in Hammerhal and another something to consider. Yndrasta seems thematic with Freeguild and SCE so that might be fun.

  3. I am for sure doing Cities of Sigmar in Living City!  I have a mixed force of Freeguild, Wanderers, and Sylvaneth.

The way i looked at Sisters of the Thorn is a 20 point upgrade to a Battlemage and they look super cool.

I have another box of Sisters that i will assemble as Wild Riders.

I'll be making a block of 30 Eternal Guard for my Battleline. Sounds like I'll be staying far away from Wildwood Rangers. Maybe ill use their draich bits on some Freeguild bodies to make cool Freeguild Greatswords conversion.

I'll have to keep an eye out for Sisters of the Watch and try to get a decent deal on them. I did want to use them but they aren't the easiest to find or collect.

  4. Hello! I'm collecting some Wanderer units and have questions in regards to what unit size works best for certain models and what is worthwhile.

Eternal Guard: Are these worth to run in larger units? Are these best run in 10, 20, or 30?

Wildwood Rangers: Are these worth using at all? I can make 10 of these instead of more Eternal Guard, but unsure if they're worth it at 10 or only more useful on larger unit sizes.

Sisters of the Thorn: These seem best run in 5s, i don't see a reason to have them run in larger sizes.

Wild Riders: Are these worth running now? I see some conflicting advice on whether they're good or not and they cost the same points and money.

Sisters of the Watch: these are expensive both money and points wise so I'm not sure if they're worth it. Any advice on how good these are at all would be helpful.

  5. I'm assembling units for my Ravagers list which for now looks like the following:

X1 Chaos Lord on Daemonic Mount, Slaanesh

X1 Chaos Sorcerer Lord on Foot, Undivided

X10 Chaos Warriors w/Hand Weapon and Shield, Undivided

    X20 Chaos Marauders

    X2 x5 Chaos Knights w/Halberds, Slaanesh

I am wondering what people build their Chaos Marauders with? I'm not necessarily looking to be super competitive but I would like some tips. I also have 10 unbuilt Chaos Marauder Horsemen that I'm also wondering about. I have a unit of 5 with Javelins already assembled.

On another question, so summoned units come with marks? So I can summon Chaos Marauder Horsemen marked by Slaanesh with the Ravager ability?
