How do they get the 3+ save?  The warscroll says 4+.

I doubt that list is real based just off the Stormcast.  Why would Stormcast be the only ranged warband in the game?  Also, raptors are way to overpowered for a skirmish game, they usually take on large monsters or hordes.  Liberators would be on that list at a minimum too.
