There is also another kurnothi fuzzy picture from some of the reveals. It is different from the Cursed City guy. So thats pretty good news!

Especially since Kurnothi already have an Underworld unit. So this could possibly be a dedicated AOS kit.

That is the cursed city kurnothi hero everything matches it. I haven't seen any other kurnothi images yet, maybe there will be more in the coming year tho

The WD rules have mistakes like this (Ironsunz and Troggoths have strange things too). For example, the rules of the Loonshirne are different if you wanna use Squig or Troggoth/Spiderfang rules.

the loonshrine rules are done on purpose as normally you can only use it on grot units, and it makes it redundant in squig, troggoth and spider-fang lists. I makes it useable by those subfactions.

  3. Sorry if this was answered long ago, i just don't understand the jaws of Mork battalions, I feel like the abilities have been put the wrong way around, but I haven't seen an errata fixing this.

(Highlighted in green) the moon-jumper stampede battalion has a rule affecting the squigs bites
and (highlighted in blue) the Moon-Biter squigalanche battalion has a jumping named rule.

It feels as though they should be the other way around

Also the rule for crushing gobs a specifically mentions the massive-fang filled gob  which is a trait of the loon boss on giant cave squig  a unit that cannot be taken in the stampede battalion  but can in the squigalanche battalion.

When people play do most just ignore this seemingly obvious mistake and use the rules as written or do most players just agree to swap it around?

If you can show me the model you mean, i'll believe you...but i just looked at the kurnothi warband from the set and there are definitely zero models that look like that.  Sorry, i'll need further convincing.

WHUGettingStarted Dec07 bonusCards84h3 Karthean is the one in the centre back of the group of models. in the card image his name is used for the quote, but in the image he doesnt have his normal gear but the lore on the card seems to say to he's not acting normal probably as many people have said aunique beastgrave armour.

  5. There's a named hero called astria solbright which is an easy to build kit

Quite a few of the limited edition models are female though they'll be hard to get your hands on: larissa shadowstalker, lena stormspire.

The newer storm cast models seem to include more female representation overall

I'm dusting off my splintered fang for a campaign, and I was wondering how are the original warbands holding up in warcry? I got the impression that the OG warbands are not great in comparison to the new warbands.

apart from loads of ranged enemies on open boards, still great just because they can ignore a targets toughness, im playing part of a campaign myself and am running my fangs. Been doing pretty well, struggled against beastmen cus 10 ungor raiders. But killed the bull gor with just clear bloods so... i think they can still hold their own in melee

So, are Thralls and Reavers sold in two separate boxes, or can you construct 10 Thralls or 10 Reavers with just one box?

    Thanks in advance

    SG

    they're two separate kits
