    It's impossible to say.

That said if they do it will likely only be once all stock of the terrain set is sold out. However there are a lot of the terrain setup rules for the core set in the main book so you might get lucky if they do an expansion rules pack which has rules for other terrain sets within it.

Remember the base is only decorative whilst the tokens are generic (you get them in the core set). Meanwhile the 36 terrain cards are purely suggested setups for games presented in a random format. So you can just setup the terrain your own way if you want without any need to use them. Or someone else at you club might get the set and you can easily borrow their cards - the terrain cards are only used for a few moments at the start of the game to help random setup the terrain for the game.

Thanks for the information: I didn't know it's just a setup to be randomized. Good to know. I thought there might be game modes that are dependant on the placement of the terrain.

Ebay is hard for the country where I'm from, it'll get to a high price with shipping.

  2. With the release of WarCry comes a new scenery bundle, the Sigmarite mausoleum is now called the Corspewrack mausoleum and gets scenery rules. I own two sets of the sigmarite mausoleum, painted and all, so I wonder if they will release the rules seperate from the box. What do you guys think?

I ragequit when Warhammer Fantasy died. I even got pretty heavily into development of The Ninth Age for a while. When that stopped being satisfying, I sold off my Skaven, Vampire Counts and Wood Elf armies. I thought I was out.

But dang it if the second edition of Age of Sigmar doesn't seem like a ton of fun! I'm intrigued by some of the really interesting fantasy concepts on display. (Dwarven sky-ships! Flying turtles!) I'm still not entirely comfortable with the Stormcast as they seem devastatingly dull and overblown (just like Space Marines), but I'm trying to get past that prejudice.

Currently I'm looking at borrowing a friend's Beastclaw Raiders, as I really like the idea of running an extremely-low-model-count army.

Borrow it, play a game, you're going to love it. It's much more dynamic than WFB, and with the new Core Book they gave us a world to explore and expand upon. The last Malign Portent campaign story was decided by votes you could win by painting models, playing games in stores etc. It felt like you had a part to play in the development of the story. Got hooked pretty fast this way..

  4. I made an account just for this, because I'm confused as ****** about the new White Dwarf. I've been a Nighthaunt player from the start, and now with all these new additions, I was quite stumped that we couldn't take a Mortis Engine. Now we see a battle report with NH allegiance using a Mortis Engine in the White Dwarf? Did I miss something? Are they messing with us?
