[Lumineth Realm Lords Sentinels question]

This might be dumb, but I somehow convince myself of both sides.

Sentinels can do mortals on unmodified 5’s and 6’s.  I can put a command trait nurgling infestation on my Great Unclean One, making him -1 to hit.  Do the Sentinels still mortal wound on 5’s and 6’s, or just 6’s?  Any help super appreciated!
