I see two ways to compare objectively.
First: To compare armies, you should not only review their strongest composion possible, but also their avarange potential on an competetive level. That needs a lot knowledge about all battletomes and their strength.
Second: Different game sizes mean different strength. Some Armies shine on 1000p, while others prefer 1500-2000. A few are very strong on any cap.
Terrain and endless spells are not important for the armies strenght itself.
For example. I see LoN very strong. Especially on small games it benefits from the smaller battlefield, what makes graves much stronger.

The only Warscroll that has a date is the one with Preternatural Enhancement and the recent FAQ states that a Warscroll with a date takes precedence over any without a date. This may be a typo, but what indication is there that it is? How do we know the BoC Warscroll is not the typo? Not trying to get an edge in, I just want to make sure I'm playing my Skyfires correctly. Thanks!

It's insignificant what warscroll you may take, as long it's the latest scroll avaiable. To make this clear, GW has given the latest scrolls a date. Anything without date is old. Not counting anymore. Sorry to tell.

I've played Nurgle in a Tournament in April. 17 Save Rolls against my opponent. I successfuly rolled 14 Throws on a 5+.

It's easy to mock about 106 mortal wounds. This was gainst Chaos Daemons, right? Yeah, thats possible. But still far beyond average.

They keep their weapons. There should be miniatures with a knife hanging at the wrist. I would recomment to build anything that is possible. All two handers and two swords, the bird, the scroll. Rest of the unit can have shields.
