  4. DRAW FOR ROUND 1 IS UP.

In the first post.  I'm pretty sure there's no club members playing each other, but please let me know if there's any dramas, easy to do a couple of swaps if needed.

At the moment we have an odd number due to the late addition of the lovely Kieron Allender.  Currently he'll have the pleasure of playing me as spare player pending dropouts, further sign-ups etc!

  5. One more day!  Who is excited?  Just so you all know my phone is down :( but I'm monitoring this and twitter (@tloyn)

I'll be at the venue from 6.30pm for those that can make it down to help that would be much appreciated.  I do need to get hold of the scoring spreadsheet and pack to print tomorrow so could someone please message Matt and ask him to email them over to me?

    Hi Tom,

I'll try my best to attend, would be awesome to practice before actually going to the tournament. What time (roughly) do people normally appear and stay on Wednesdays?

Also, I would like to know what are the painting requirements, I'm quite worried that I might not have all my models painted and I know people have been trying to imply some minimum acceptable standards to participate in tournaments. Right now I only have about 16 models painted and at least 30 more to go.

The pack says minimum of 3 different colours required.

    Hi David,

3 colours minimum is required, people attending will ideally want to play against painted armies.  What are you planning to bring?  Khorne?  Several members of the club have khorne armies (myself included!) so if you want to borrow some bits that may well be possible :)

Really looking forward to this one, especially with the added bonus of an opportunity to try out the SCGT pack and missions.

Any plans for the Saturday night, gaming/socially? Would be interested in some sort of AoS skirmish/deathmatch type thing or maybe some narrative play :)

Either way, can't wait for this one :D

@Earthtremor are you paid up for this?  On the list?  Forgive me if so, just not sure who you are through your avatar name :)

Hi there, are amateurs welcome? Myself and a friend have been playing in Bromley for a few months and would love to get involved with this...are tickets still available? Many thanks, James

    Hi James,

Absolutely amteurs are welcome! And there are still tickets available.  Please pay via the bank details in the first post and let me know you and your friends full names and I'll add you to the list.

Also, as Nico says, the south London legion club play at the Croydon conference centre which is near East Croydon station. You can come down most Wednesday evenings when there's usually a few players down, or we have a big AoS night last Wednesday of every month when you'll get a dozen or more.

AoS is fast growing at our club and we're keen to add new members :)
