Seige matched play - attacker advantage?

Question

Hi,  me and my friend age thinking of playing a seige as part of our narrative campaign. We have a small fort with short walls (2 inches high of so), and so are going to use the basis that to climb in this scenario you have to roll a certain number to get up the wall with a unit. We're also going to add a gate with maybe 10 health. Unless someone has a better suggestion or link to another document! 

My question is whether the attacker should get a numerical advantage in terms of points? If so,  what do you feel is a good balance?  100/75 percent?  100/50 percent?
