Gives you a 1- drop army with access to cheaper battleline (ungors) so you can concentrate on Tzaangor enlightened, etc. Pretty strong. Even if you wanted to add lord of change and maybe one more arcanite/daemon you’ll still mostly be going first.

In the AoS app search for “gaunt summoner and chaos familiars” not just gaunt summoner. All the rules are there, updated Feb 2019.

Need to have shields on them for me. 5 man units are not going to do much damage so at least they have the extra save. Edit: just noticed that shield gives save against mortal wounds only but I’d still take shield.

Guys what is your opinion about the skyshoal coven battalion? Is it competitive? I was planning to use it and give my shaman the windthief charm to zip around the battlefield.

If you see the” Tzaangor shaman” warscroll again it has rules for both skyfires and enlightened. Basically you get +1 to hit and now they have to be wholly within 12 inches instead of the previous 9 inches.

Hi guys I have a question, in the Balewind Vortex rules it says that I cannot put a wizard who has more than one model in its unit on it. I suppose this is to stop someone putting pink horrors on it, but what about Gaunt Summoner with Chaos familiars? The familiars aren't really models in the unit in the normal sense are they? So can I use balewind Vortex with 'Gaunt Summoner with Chaos familiars'? I am planning to go arcane sacrifice with balewind vortex combo for some magical punishment! Thanks in advance! My game is tomorrow!
