    Details For all you budding age of Sigmar players we will be running a league starting 2 October. Play each opponent in the league, games being of any point size. (so ideal for beginners) You have until the end of the year to play each opponent. The league will be ranked based on the number of win/major wins/victory points in that order, highest point score wins the league.     What is Time of War? Time of War is a 1 Day, 3 Game Age of Sigmar doubles event held in Preston, UK. The event will be held on 30th October 2016 at Harlequin’s shop in Preston, UK. Time of War is a 1 day, 3 Game event. Tournament Format Time of War will be using the Generals Handbook. Armies are selected from the Matched Play pitched battle profiles as a Vanguard force with a maximum of 1000 points per player to make a team of 2000 points. A team which includes armies with the same allegiance can be effected by the allied generals and other units abilities. A team can include armies that have deferring allegiances. However the they will not be able to use command abilities from their allied General or other allied units abilities. Tickets Tickets are £15 per team.   11. Gaming club based in Preston, Lancashire. Club night on Mondays at Harlequins Preston. Description Who We Are Red Steel Preston is a wargaming, role-playing, board game and collectable card game club based in Preston, Lancashire. Our members meet every Monday night from 4pm-10pm, and Saturday from 12pm-8pm at Harlequin’s Games on Manchester Road. What We Play We play many different games from many different systems. Some examples are: Warhammer Fantasy, Warhammer 40,000, Warmachine, Hordes, Malifaux, Infinity, Star Wars X-Wing and Magic: The Gathering as well as board games such as Formula D, Battlestar Galactica and Pandemic – Essentially, if it can played we play it. Membership To join the club come down on a Monday night, or Saturday – don’t forget your gaming stuff! Have a game, chat to the regulars, or sit and paint some miniatures. If you like it, membership is only £20 per year, which goes towards paying for events, terrain and other things to keep the club running. Just £20 per year – that’s it! No monthly or weekly charges, and you can even pop down and use the club’s boards during the week (as long as there’s room)! Events We run multiple events throughout the year. These range from tournaments and campaigns through to painting competitions. Some events are paid for and ticketed, some are free to just turn up – Most have prizes! Organisation The club is organised with a Management Committee which oversees the day-to-day running of the club. All members must abide by the club charter.
