  1. What if you run him in a shooty army and force opponent to come to You. Then hes 4" inch move is not so bad. Also feeding him chaff is not so Easy in this scenerii. People always imagine he is running towards You. This will not always be the case
  2. Played my twenty game yesterday as hedonites. Almost remembered about soul hunters ability :D. Anyone else have this
  3. Tbh mass evocators are not that scary for me as a hedonites Player :p. Community around is quite competetive. Iam talking about manovering around an almost immortal death ball for an entire game, not about tactical screening, blocking and counter charge. And for me this two are completly two diffrent things. Ecocators are tought but you can kill them. And they become weaker after you kill few of them. And if You are using damage 2 wepon its easier to kill 15 unbuffed evocators then Gotrek. As Gotrek plot armour and abilities gives him 48 effective wounds vs Damage 2... And 72 wounds vs Damage 3 Not taking The base size for calculation when its much easier to surround them. And the fact that evocators loose attack power after you start wounding them and Gotrek does not. If You Play badly and run forward i will be able to screen and kill evocators. But vs Gotrek I will have to split my force and dance for 5 rounds and this is much much harder.

  6. Do fellow hedonites.. how does Gotrek hype affect Your army rosters any tricks to kill the dwarfen hero it just use high movement and run away?
  7. The problem is if You charge both of them he will win more then 80 of the Time. Its not the numbers on warscroll that bring the complains its the feeling of hopelessness. No matter what You do he will kill You. Exacly like Keeper of secrets.. It grinds, attack firsts and even if You kill her, he comes back. We know it is possiblle to win vs both its just really unfun when You dont.

  9. I find fiends a choice for summon. They are great vs some units but not the best vs others. So 6 fiends may be a bit too much.

  12. If enemy have -1 to hit or - 2. If there are 3 enemy units close to each other chariots are getting crazy like really crazy.
  13. Just from saving money perspective. Maybe covert seekers for hellstriders as 3rd battle line. As for bladebringer you will have half of chariot bits left. So maybe consider exalted version wich is really solid game wise. Just check how many possibilites you have from that box with left overs from chariot and seekers you can convert two exalted chariots. Endless spells are not so good. Consudering money is the problem. Histerical frenzy looks really great Good luck with your army. as for second enrapruress I would sell it you still have fiends. I suggest keeping them becouse vs enemies with more then 3W in groups of 5+ they are golden. Just do some math on fiends vs blightknights.

  15. Sisters of battle for w40k are test for that. If SoB fails they will be scared to try it with TK. Besides the old world is dead. Kislev, and empire would be ridiculus. Every faction is so over the top in fluff that normal people would be hard to fit. AoS is not Fantasy setting. It is heavy heroic heavy magic setting. So many normal mortal faction... I just dont see it. But 1 faction for all mortals would be interesting.... after everything else have proper 2.0 battletome and update. Slaves to darkness are a mess. Skeleton models are so old they can buy cigarettes and alkohol legalny. DoK need rebalance. Aos 2.0 realeses are most balanced GW products for like last 10 years. After we got rewamp for every army iam open for something new. But for now... I just want them to continue what they are doing becouse it is awesome.
  16. Iam thinking about god seekers for the reasons you mentioned. DP generation seem more powerfull compare to others. +1 to charge after summon looks really interesting But pretenders KoS is so much powerfull. 4 attacks on claws. 8 if fighting twice. Reroll 1 on daemonettes if you get Alpha strike. Small chariots as battleline dont strike me as something good. Maybe if I test few more games I change my mind
  17. What strikes me the most. Is how fiends/daemonnetes where nerfed. On the other hand seekers have reacived +1 To hit on claws and mounts. Also mounts now generates attacks. But still no one is interestet in them. I really wish one could use them as battleline

Fiends are excelent vs Elite units in large number and giant monsters If you send fiends vs blight knights and GUO it is like a no brainer win Vs army like KO they are tragic They are too expensive to put in army roster. They also are a specialized unit. but i can see that you may want to summon them

  21. From play testing: Seeker chariots are great. With The ability to run from combat and charge they have a lot of flexibility. also 4 up save and no behemot key words allowing cover save and look our sir. In someone else battle report mortal wounds from batalion seemed to work with herald. If this is true they are the big winners Keeper is really random with low number of strong attacks. If someone damages it its start to loose his power quickly. Summoned keeper without traits and artifacts can let you down. Exalted seeker chariot + Fane is a powerhouse and hit hard even with 1 wound left. Depravity is sky rocketing.... like really 50 DP is not so hard on turn 3. Endless spells dont seem to good Tbh. With cost increase all around you need to save points daemonnetes hit hard with batallion even under 20 fiends are to costly and can die really easy. 12 wounda with 5+ for 210. They are nice to summon but to costly to buy. reroll charge banners are awesome for charge after summoning. locus is a powerhouse. Positioning and few lucky rolls can win you the game.

  23. Not at all. I Was expecting more nerfs to fiends. And nerf to keeper command ability. Keeper is a power house. Seekers looks like they are usable and finally can kill something. Chariots hit far better in cc. Our locus on heroes looks really strong. I will be suprise if only keeper and fiend went up. Army looks strong but not broken.
