  7. Big thank you to everyone that came to Age of Santa this weekend, My life as TO was made very easy with the help of everyone who attended and the great staff at firestorm games. I wanted to run a laid back tournement where people got to play five games of AOS straight out of the Generals handbook, Great to see so many new faces and hopefully we can run it again next year, with everyone who came this year having first choice on tickets next time. Big shout out to @Chris Tomlin for all his help, couldn't have done it without him. Congratulations to @Cowboy Boots Matt The perfect winner for my first tournement, did well in his games, lovely painted army and great sports. RESULTS 1. Matt Lyons (1st place.) 2. Donal Taylor 3. Paul Buckler (Best sports.) 4. Tom Hutchings. 5. Mathew Croad. 6. Chris Lewis. 7. William Morriss. 8. Mathew Arnold. 9. Laurie Huggett-Wilde 10. Paulo Zanesco 11. Sam Pearson 12. Aaron Bailey 13. Richard Morley 14. James Eveleigh 15. Elliot O'Neill 16. Steven Philips. 17. Ian Gilmore (Best Army.) 18. Jenny Lyons 19. William Philpott 20. Spare player. Thank you one and all.
  8. Yep spoke to Ricky last night and he is unable to attend, so draw has been amended.
  9. The draw has now gone up on the first post. (This is due to me being at football tonight.) If you have been draw against someone in the same club as yourself who you play on a regular basis, please advise and we will get you swapped around.
  10. ACCOMMODATION - WEYMOUTH Main problem is distance between venue and town centre (1 1/2 hour walk or 5-10 minutes in the car.) Premier inn is always a safe bet and 5 minutes from venue in a car, but a taxi ride is needed home from town on saturday night. Best Western - Hotel Rembrandt, nice hotel, loads of parking, swimming pool, 30 minute walk from town centre. Weymouth is full of B&Bs. Seafront hotels and B&Bs very often have no parking so beware of that I've been caught by that. A B&B is a B&B some are good some are bad so I'm afraid its pot luck as to what you get. Would be interested to to hear if anyone has one they would reccomend.
  11. Sorry to hear that Terry, You will be missed enjoy the Christmas party.
  12. First post has been amended and should contain all required information. All further queries can be put here or messaged to me directly. Draw will be put up on Wednesday night at 9.00pm. My glamorous assistant Mr Chris Tomlins will be assisting me over the weekend. Jon there was an Age of Sigma advent calender, but it would appear all the chocolate has gone missing. Remember this is a laid back tournement, giving us all a chance to play some games of AOS in good spirit before Christmas.
  13. Details of order of games and break down of points will be posted here on Sunday following group discussions with the Age of Santa crew over the weekend. Three places still avaliable at the moment if anyone is interested.
  14. Sorry Jon, Yep email received, will send cash over now.
