This model is ripe for a conversion to a lord/sorcerer on manticore. I could never buy the manticore, because it was just so oddly flay, but this thing is marvelous (aside from the overly accentuated lip).

Regarding the logo...
I remember during the End Times rumor swirling that someone mentioned the "Ages". The second was the "Age of Iron". I don't know if it was made up, but it sort of fits the logo. -

I honestly think it's a super sexy blood knight. We have to keep in mind that GW seems to group rumor images from a couple different projects. I bet with the looming box for next year many of the images will be from the death side of it.

It remains to be seen if these scrolls will be significantly different from each other, but I think this is really neat, and could add a bunch of unique heroes to all our beloved factions.

If fielding tons&tons of basic minis becomes part of the meta in AoS, I guarantee that a lot of people won't be happy.
I don't recall that at all. I do remember people not adapting well to it and calling it a sales tactic, but near the end it was monstrous cav or bust.

What's to stop people from maxing out on casters and spamming summons? An 8+ is a 42% chance. It should be quite easy to get more than "a couple per game".

SCE has had lots of attention, but their last release was really fantastic model-wise.
We can't ignore the awesome job they did on Disciples and Overlords. At least the banner on Twitch changed to AoS themed!

I'll bet most of those books will be like Seraphon - no new models. Some months will be big 40K with a book and models. Some will be big AoS with a 40K snuck in there.

Well, 40K doesn't need to reinvent the wheel. The factions will stay as they are - AoS on the other hand was liberated and we've got some amazing things from it.

Sorry if I missed it, but has anyone talked about the cards from the Champions game? There seems to be quite a few named champions in there that are not in AoS.
