  1. the age of sigmar setting exists to sell bundles of models. The warhammer fantasy setting was a rpg game at first then the wargame came later. That's why it feels deeper- it is. That's why age of sigmar feels shallow- it is. Selling better means they have slammed out new armies over and over with the promise of later development that isn't followed up (unless you have pointed ears or golden armor). As for the age thing, Warhammer fantasy had the enemy within rpg campaign at this relative time, and aos has soulbound, which appeals only to the ingroup.
  2. Uhhh that sure was a show I guess. Maybe aos isn't the game for me after all
  3. Maybe, overdosing on hopium, the eshin release is a big surprise?
  4. Gw has removed the skaven banner from the header.
  5. Horus kills the emperor! Skaven blow up the moon! Morathi gets away with it!
  6. What exactly do you mean by discontinued? I don't really understand what you're saying anymore
  7. no they aren't, they're still available in the us shop at least
  8. Gutter runners are not there, and they're metal. Not the it's the first time gw has passed a metal model up

  10. 40k has had leaks that stretched for almost a year
  11. so it's sylvaneth and slaves to darkness next? skaven at some point in the future, or whitefang was wrong i guess
  12. sorry m8 hagg nar is the protagonist subfaction, only one per faction
  13. They used to be before getting target nerfed five times in a row
  14. what you don't like wizards teleporting poop instead of using toilets?
  15. that looks like a normal sized bed, i've been lied to
  16. that seems markedly less horrifying than the twisted-ant-queen iteration that exists in the current lore.
  17. pretty sure it already exists so the eggs would be concurrent
  18. you are correct, they had to be specifically excluded from belakor's squad
  19. I think that a British company making their fictional armies based off the ones they know of from history they've learned (nearly entirely white men) is not really anything to put down. It may even be preferable than for gw to make a completely non western army... It would be really difficult to make it not just seem like a stereotype of the people its supposed to represent
  20. think its supposed to be eshin and malerion elves for the starter
  21. Don't worry the nth attempt to make dok popular will be announced by gw any second now and we can talk about that
  22. acolytes are 93, warpfire thrower should be 95 or 96 if memory serves
