I dont understand why those chose my poor EvoKitties and not the super useless Vanguard Chamber

Ive always been a huge fan of Stormcast and I love that guy. Excited to see the rest of them in glorious thunderstrike.

My only request for the new edition would be slim down the points to be in line with 40k.

40k is in a much better spot then it was in 9th. Now the whole tossing out super expensive rule books every couple of years is getting real old but what they did for the state of the game is better.
If they do the same for AoS 4th it wont be as bad as people think.
Of course if GW would go full digital the transition from edition to edition would be much faster and smoother overall.

Anyone know how the new Slaves to Darkness models look/compare on squares and in blocks?

Currently I have one who I’m using as a black ork bigboss (the guy in the picture with the pirate hat)
For being so chonky they seem to block up pretty well

What are you doing with the Brutes? Mixing them in for variety?

The average AoS army can already field a lot of units, if you think that's not a lot you really wouldnt like OPR then lol
Blocks of 20 whats not to like?

I think my main complain about 40k 10th ed is how have they shrinked the points like a 20%, so now it's harder and way mroe expensive to get a full army of 2000 points. Me myself, I had a traitor guard army of 2000 points by the end of 9th, and now it's 1600-ish points.
Would suck for AoS to suffer the same, and it really encourages me to go heavier on OPR.
If im reading this correctly then im the opposite. I hate how AoS is pointed due to everything being so heavily costed that im barely putting anything on the table vs the same types of stuff would be far cheaper and thus putting more models on the table in 40k

The only thing about 40k 10th I dont like was removing points from gear but also everyone hated that. Other then that 10th is running far smoother than then previous editions and its making AoS 3rd look bad with how bad the bloat and restrictions are.

I really hate all these once per battle things. And how are all the battleline still way overcosted vs Chaos Warriors vs Saurus Warriors?

Wow what a completely pointless update. Everyone waited all this time for basically nothing.

If ninja ratas are not enough for you, then just use the Fantasy Lore, expand on It and make a full army of weeb rats. Wouldnt be the first time we see skaven samurái...
All I was saying is that it makes sense for GW to go that route. Its safer and eaiser. I personally dont care about the full on ninja rats or plague stuff. I like having the options for assassins as agents but I lean towards the mad scientist route.

Moulder in general is a safe bet as Rat Ogres are such a classic iconic Skaven thing. So unless they change up the lore so that everyone can easily create Rat Ogres then Moulder is probably in for a 'refresh' along side the techno-gunkies. Rat ninja's are cool and all but way too niche as a whole playable subfaction

A lot of companies are finally cutting out China but rebuilding local infrastructure takes a lot of time.

No idea. But if that's the case, that makes this weird GW's decission less impactful for TOW Community.
Not really a weird decision. GW has never let any Legends across any system be matched play/tourney legal

Im telling, priorities. Dont delay them to almost the point of the tail. Or am I to believe that at 2021 there was more crowd for kruleboyz, flesh-eaters, or ossiarch bonereapers than for the freaking skavens? Was it a higher priority to implement so many underworlds warbands before doing a rerange for an army of which 10% of the catalogue dates back to the 90s?
Not that Im saying skavens are bestest warhammer race, and they should have made It the highest priority in warhammer making (alltho, why the hell not, yes, Im already coping anough, lol) but, nine years for some love?????
Ive been saying this for a while. If the studio didnt take a chunk of its resources to dedicate to warcray and underworlds then mainline AoS would probably be in a more advanced state then it is now.

Are people really caring about using a very limited range of factions in a very niche within a niche hobby for the possibility of actual tournaments? With only 9 factions I cant see tournament ever being a thing. All this talk about Legends is nothing new. Stuff gets dropped and support stopped quite frequently lately.

they are very hit and miss in terms of miniatures.
They are very hit and miss in general. They have great rules, then see some use, those rules get overhauled/nerfed, no one uses them and generally only one is used maybe. At this point if they vanished tomorrow not much would change as a whole.

Isnt the point of Skaven rumors or lack of rumors to cast doubt on their very existence? Seems to be working as intended.
GW: rat people? psssh...no...👀

If that’s not the new Lady of Ruin Varanguard named character, I’ll sell my undead and chaotic hordes and become a Lumineth player.
Id rather not have more named characters at this point. AoS as a whole needs more customizable generic heroes

I will buy some of those older GW mini's just because I want to support it,
This is a terrible way of thinking. Thats like if GW added a donate button to their webpage and people just clicked that.
If you dont like the minis dont buy them simply because.
