  1. I have been working to expand and play more Age of Sigmar. Curious if you were still playing, and if so, when/where?

  5. I have played a few games with the sisters on the dragon. The breath attack that forces them to choose other units to attack with first is surprisingly awesome. You just have to be sure that you can get multiple units engaged during a turn. It allows you to attack with other units to soften up their units, but still ensuring that the dragon will get to attack at full strength. It is a bit pricey, and you need to be selective where you end up engaged, but it is a fun unit to play with.
  6. Ill be in playing wood elves (sisters of avelorn and sisters of thorn)
  7. I am looking for an Araloth model. Prefer unbuilt or unpainted, but will take most anything. I have $$, chaos space marines and Malifaux.
  8. I would use them as eternal guard since the minis are a bit more fancy than regular spear elves and the weaponry fits.
  9. All of my wood elves are old 5th edition and earlier, so I refuse ti rebase them simply out of nostalgia. If I showes up to a game and someone gave me a hard time, I would simply pack up because right from the bat it shows it is not an opponent I would have interest in playing against.
  10. Elves have always been my favorite. Any of the fantasy varieties, but Ive played wood elves the longest consistently. The biggest downside to them is they are an intimidation to a person starting the hobby, since they look amazing when well painted, and have a tough time pulling off the dull dirty look that most other armies can get away with.
  11. I did return all of my wood elves to the display case for several years starting with 8th. If the general's handbook had come out at release of AoS I probably would have been much more involved from the start.
  12. Hi, Ive been playing warhammer fantasy for about 20 years, and stopped during 8th edition. Recently played my first couple of games of AoS and enjoyed them, so Ive been looking at getting back into the game. I play wood elves.
