Good morning all,

I am pleased to announce that BLACKOUT returns again this year. Due to congestion in the events calendar, I have moved the event back from its pre-Covid slot in August into September, which should work well.

A rulespack will follow in due course, though realistically it makes sense to await a new GHB which will presumably drop in the Summer.

The event is once again held at the phenomenal new Firestorm Games venue in Cardiff. There is space for 100 players.

The event is currently sold out, but get in touch if you want to be on the reserves list  

I will update this thread as more information becomes available.

- Masks will be required at the venue when walking around. 😷
- There is parking on site, but less than the old venue. I am told street parking in Bessemer Road is available if required. 🚘

It now seems increasingly likely that COVID Passports will be a requirement in Wales come the time of the event. This means that all players will need a valid Pass to play.

I have just gone through the process myself, it was incredibly simple via the NHS App. I recommend that all players download this and get used to the process ahead of time to avoid delays Saturday morning.

Evening all,

Just a quick follow up to my announcements on Twitter earlier (@the_black_sun). Due to everything still going on with the pandemic, this event is further postponed until 7-8th August next year. The events previously slated for January and March will not be able to go ahead unfortunately. I'm sure none of this comes as a surprise, as it is the only safe course of action that is possible to take right now.

This event remains sold out and all tickets automatically transfer. I will update the above post with the entrants list soon.

There will also be a Brotherhood team event to follow this, but I won't put a date on this until there is a clearer picture going forwards.

I know I've been a bit out of touch with the community  of late....baby + pandemic will do that, but I can't wait to be able to run events and see everyone again.

I thank everyone in advance for their support and understanding.
