Finished a Treekin, I jazzed him up since 6th, 7th and 8th ed with a fancy little scythe from the KH kit. happy painting :)
  2. Gosh,.. there are two models in that Blightwar that a lot of people will want.
  3. I know a guy who runs 2 x 40 and loves them. for the points cost they are board control death machines.
  4. I"m excited about how Brayherds are starting to have a feeling of the past 3 editions I"ve played them in and things I wanted. Better ambush, more vicious in CC without requiring a bit of a dull build, the Herdstone back.
  5. Thanks for doing this, it's huge for my buddy who has a TK army and me wanting to play more a Wood Elf army over Wanderers vs Sylvaneth. Much thanks!

  7. **** I resisted buying a BB team for so long...
  8. That would be really cool! Uh... the White Lion hero,.. has a new plastic kit. Khorhil?
  9. The problem I have of it being High Elf White Lions is they have a relatively new kit. I don't see the kit being redone since GW tends to do new things.
  10. Me too, Tyler's post brought me here and now i'm going to nag you daily to post more. nag nag nag, do more impressive work, nag nag nag
  11. Looks like old high elf aesthetic and a gem. Usually you don't see that mingled in with Death stuff. Still looks very Aelf to me.
  12. That was true for metals (given I have held the great weapon Wood Elf lord from 2005 in my hand which is resin). Plastic models are sculpted in CAD. But lets have this amazingly said more often. Cause it never hurts to be snide on a forum.

    Leg extensions

Nice work! Blue accents to green tend to look sharp.
  14. I would love for it to be Aelves and then we could built the AoS lore really into the history of the Aeldari
  15. I worry that too. And with the rumours of new "BIGGER BETTER BADDER UNCUT" Space marines I think GW might make them a lot like Sigmarittes and make them play the same.
  16. On an FB Eldar group some people were able to identify the rule as a warlock or farseer one.
  17. haha I run a dread mob too. I just used it last game in fact. It was vs Nidzilla list and boy,.. I didn't know all those walkers would do as well as they did. Grot Tanks and a Grot Mega tank. I may have inadvertently stumbled across a good list. Nice squiggy
  18. I treat it as "half a sword/spear tip, banner pole, etc", those don't count cause you can abuse that. I expect head to head sort of sight. It literally came up last game with setra on one side of a Temple of Skulls and his caster on the other. "I can see the top of the banner pole so i can see him" to which I responded "great, I'm going to make all my standard bearers have 48" high standards so they can always have Mystic Shield cast on the unit" Arguments like this always come down to being reasonable.
  19. I wouldn't be surprised if the nautical theme worked with Scourge Privateers and perhaps Tenebrael (regarding the latest photo of crab walker thingy)
  20. I have the original FW squiggoth and the ltd ed warboss with the big choppa that came with Warhammer Online. He seems to be a perfect fit to just ride that tiny howdah on top. I'm going to pop him up on top as my Zardsnark (well until 40k changes). I'll try to post some photos. I have 30 shoota boyz using snakebite colours but I wanted to put some tattoos on as well. I wouldn't play Greenskinz in a tournament nor,.. really play in tournaments these days. last edition burned me out playing netlists and commission painted armies as well as people fighting about basic rules. I also noticed in Freebooterz last night that Ogryns were in most the armies as a unit. Man,.. AoS sure gets the creative juices flowing, I hope 40k goes that way too.
  21. I really want to get into Greenskinz with the intention of counting them as SnakeBites for 40k as well. In Freebooterz (the late 80s codecies) you could take Wildboyz which were literally fantasy orks with shields and swords. Thanks kindly for posting this as it tempts me to maybe try them at least as a Hinterlands warband.
