Hey folks, Does anyone know any UK suppliers that have their EU shipping sorted out yet? I usually order from Element but they dont seem to have any idea about how VAT or import taxes work when shipping to the EU. I know I can claim back VAT if they charge me UK VAT and I get slapped with local VAT, but its a huge pain to do so and Id rather just find somewhere that has things worked out at point of purchase. Our local post has already sorted things with a ton of suppliers but none of them are hobby suppliers as of yet.

For anyone confused about where this came from, because all context was left out of the OP, Team England in the ETC this year is made up almost entirely of playtesters. If ETC had run this year Team England would have walked into the event with Lumineth lists that they have been working on for significantly longer than any other team and have the experiance against them that every other team lacks. Thats by their own admission on Bad Dice by the way. This has drawn criticism from other teams. Nobody cares about singles events, only team events where team comp is important.

So Im picking up sylvaneth as an alternate to my seraphon for tournaments and team events. Most units are pretty straightforward, and Ive a pretty good understanding of how things run. However, Im a bit stuck on the battleline choices. Dryads, though at first glance seem kind of meh, seem like the better choice. 20man units sitting in wildwoods with a 3+ at -1 to hit are so good, why would we ever take revs outside of tax? Ive been reading this thread and people are taking them a lot more than I would consider. Is it related to where your wildwoods end up set up that makes them so good? Where are you usually setting up your initial woods, and then where are you summoning more? Objectives seem like the obvious answer, and would you keep a branchwraith in backfield with acorn to drop some in your own zone?

This is a classic assumption that is totally wrong. You assume that there is a significant portion of the community that gets mad when they see other factions get releases. Justt because you do doesnt mean anyone else will. There is no ill-will that 'inhibits growth' in the wider community, regardless of what vocal posters on forums and facebook groups say.
