And very much excited to try out some new lists; since before the book pretty much only used Warrior Brotherhood or The Skyborne Slayers. There are other battalions that I wish worked at 2000pts; but sadly they are either above 2000pts or so close 2000pts that cannot get the other stuff one would need in a list. Might have to consider a few 2500pts lists for the future; if I can get my local community on board. But for now forcing on getting a solid two lists together at 2000pts. Please let me know what you think; any feedback would be appreciated. -Wes
  3. Hello, I was wondering when deploying; how deployment works for the units within a warscroll battalion. I know you can deploy all of the units within the battalion as one deployment drop. But can you split up the deployment of the units within the battalion? For example if it had 10 units in battalion could I deploy 5 units individually then deploy the remaining 5 units as one drop? Please let me know; thanks!
  4. Hello, I am getting ready to re-base my Beastmen and was wondering what I should use in terms of base sizes. From what I was able to figure out it seems like Ungors best on 25mm round while everything else that was previously on a 25mm square is now best on 32mm round. So characters, Gors, & Bestigors. So mostly wondering now what the Doombull and Bullgors should be based on? 40mm or 50mm round? Also would it be a Oval 120mm x 92mm for the Ghorgon and Jabbersythe? As I assume this is the most common base to re-base anything that was previously on the square chariot base? Any guidance would be great; thanks! -Wes
  5. Hello, I had a quick question I hope someone would know the answer to. Is Relictor Gold from GW's Air line of paints the same colour as Retributor Armour from GW's Base line of paints? Trying to airbrush a Stormcast army and the Retributor Armour did not work so well through an airbrush so looking for alternatives that would still allow me to follow GW's Stormcast painting guide; painting them the base Stormcast colours. Please let me know; thanks!
  6. Ok so the retributor armour should thinned be fine in an airbrush then? Was not sure how metallics work when it came to thinning down and airbrushing. Also the spray would be ideal but when ordering to Canada GW will not let you order any of the sprays; only one on site is Purity Seal. Even my local shop said he could get them in. -Wes
  7. Hello, I am starting to pain my Stormcast force the I just finished assembling and am aiming to paint it as close as possible to GW's basic Stormcast paint scheme. Planning on following the GW paint guilds for Stormcast. But trying to avoid painting the basecoat of gold by hand so looking to airbrush it. The guides say to paint the gold basecoat Retributor Armour. Does anyone know if this can be used in an airbrush? I checked the air line of paints to see if there was a Retributor Armour air version but could only find Relictor Gold. Are these similar or different? Please let me know as any advice would be great; thanks! -Wes
  8. Hello, Just getting back into Age of Sigmar and am assembling my stuff up for a local tournament in a few weeks time. and had a question concerning the Stormacast special weapon upgrades. So in this case the Grandblade/Grandhammer for the Liberators and the Shockbolt Bow for the Judicators. Can the unit champion or I guess Prime be the one with the special weapon? So in the case of the Liberators the Prime with the Grandblade/Grandhammer would have 3 attacks with it instead of only 2 which any rank-and-file would. And in the case of the Jusicators the prime with the Shockbolt Bow would have one better to hit then if a rank-and-file was weilding it. Please let me know if this is allowed or if I am misreading it please let me know; thanks! -Wes
