  2. Hey what’s the consensus on Gordrakk vs MawKrusha? I find myself writing so many lists that just cannot seem to fit Gordrakk in. What does everyone use Big G for? And what Kind of lists do you find he works best with? Is he just too costly atm? Would he be too op if he cost the same (or close to) as a MBMK? Thoughts?
  3. @Landohammer great work with the list! Too bad against death. I always find them a pain to deal with also. Why did you choose Winterleaf over other Glades? And how did it benefit you throughout the day? What are Morrsar Guard like with Syls? And how did you use them? They’re an interesting inclusion
  4. I’m personally a big fan of MWG and Guerrilla Miniature Gaming (and Tabletop Tactics but that’s 40k). I like the commentary, the banter, the fluidity and the production value. They’re filmed in a soundproof room (no exterior or crowd sounds), very well lit and they use their camera to get good views of the minatures (which are always painted to a high quality) and dice rolls. I personally do not like birds eye views. anyway, just my 2 cents. I’ll check out your channel regardless.

  7. If Brutes got a “If any models from this unit flee and the Boss from the Unit is alive, instead, inflict D3 mortal wounds onto the unit and no models flee as the Boss thumps the cowardly Orruk back into the fight” THAT... would make them amazing
  8. I use Brutes because I like them. And do my best to get the most out of them hahaha Would Brutes costing 120pts or having a horde bonus make them viable over Ardboys?

  10. What’s the consensus here? In an Ironjawz army, can we take Bonesplitterz units? Can said Bonesplitterz units take their artefacts or spells? If Bonesplitterz units must be taken as allies, can the allied unit take a spell from their lore?
  11. I had a very successful “fun game” against a heavy shooting CoS army on the day of release. Gruntas charged in, only suffering a couple of wounds from the gunline. Then the MBMK spiked his charge and flew over the gunline and into his artillery. Half the army was gone turn 1. Whoops
  12. I think Gordrakk, 2 warchanters and an Ironfist are a must in a Big Waaaagh!
  13. What about the logic behind Itchy Nuisance which states “the unit fights at the end of the combat phase.” Slightly difference wording.
  14. Is it common understanding that Smashing & Bashing gets around fight priorities? I had 2 games yesterday where the two rules impacted one another and even though i (of course) argues the case for S&B - and tbh I think I was winning the discussion - we simply rolled a 4+ for which took precedence Thoughts?
  15. All options good. Go with what you like I say. Would charging at the end end of the opponent’s charge phase possibly avoid Slaanesh’s LoD though?

  17. Ironsunz. Not being negative or anything. I’m just having a hard time seeing what makes this Clan the absolute bees knees. -1 to hit is only first battle round CA seems good only for MBMK and Jagged Gruntas CT there is the generic one you can take that imo is waaaaay better Artefact is good; Ironclad is pretty similar. Help me out on Ironsunz here. I feel the BT and DC clans just do something more and more consistently
  18. Well I like the changes 😁 I do wish the Gore Choppa and Boss Klaw had -2 rend and the Megaboss on foot have more versatility to take alongside a MBMK. And perhaps more tempting Clans... But overall quite happy with the book. Yes Warchanters will be the bane of most opponents. But it keeps IJs on tier Im a happy little Ironjaw

  22. Yes, msu brutes were the go - with multiple boss klaws- but it was clumsy Now I see it as a unit of 5 has 12 3/3/-1/1 attacks AND 7 4/3/-1/2 attacks BEFORE buffs
  23. Same. All my Gruntas have choppas..... whats confusing about brutes? They’re more or less the same but now 140pts! with all the buffs they’re a real mince unit. IM excited to see if they have a horde bonus. I DO wish they had separated brutes and Gruntas into 2 scrolls each but oh well... Wurgogg and Warchanters baby!
