  1. What if I take one unit of Vanguard-Raptor instead of one unit of Anihilators ? For the prayer it's a mistake, I will take Divine Light
  2. What do you think about this list to play against Seraphon/Ossiarch/Lumineth/Kruleboys ? 2010 points are autorized
  3. Do you think that the start collecting Stormcast Thunderstrike Brotherhood is woth it with this new battletome ? The liberator are good, Lord-Relictor very good, Vandus is OK, Prosecutor meh. I don't have any of these units because I have a lot of Sacrosanct units.
  4. I tried a list and I'm having a hard time figuring out if it's viable, strong, or just bad. The goal is to have 2 spells at +4 and 2 spells at +1 thanks to the stardrake boost and to make the most of the "Master of Celestial Menagerie" to make the 3 heroes very hard to kill.
  5. Hello everyone, I'll soon play a tournament with my friend and I would like to know what you think about my army composition. Here is the faction in the tournament : Ossiarch Bonereaper, Serpahon, Lumineth, Kruleboys, Slaves to Darkness and Daughters of Khaine. My tactic is to hold the points as firmly and efficiently as possible by being very tanky, with Yndrasta, the redeemer units reverting to 5+, the standard lichbone, and the vexxilor knight heal. The judicator pack is my 3rd battleline and allows to support and cover a good part of the map. Allegiance: Stormcast Eternals - Stormhost: Hammers of Sigmar - Grand Strategy: Hold the Line - Triumphs: Bloodthirsty Leaders Yndrasta the Celestial Spear (300)* Lord Imperatant (160)** - General - Artefact: God-forged Blade Knight Vexillor with Banner of Apotheosis (125)** - Artefact: Lichbone Standard Lord-Castellant (130)** Battleline 5 x Vindictors (140)* 5 x Vindictors (140)* 10 x Judicators (300)* - Skybolt Bows - 2x Shockbolt Bows - Reinforced x 1 Units 5 x Sequitors (130)* - Stormsmite Mauls and Soulshields - 3x Stormsmite Greatmaces 5 x Sequitors (130)* - Stormsmite Mauls and Soulshields - 3x Stormsmite Greatmaces 3 x Annihilators (190) 2 x Concussors (235)** Core Battalions *Battle Regiment **Warlord Total: 1980 / 2000 Reinforced Units: 1 / 4 Allies: 0 / 400 Wounds: 106 Drops: 6
  6. I'm not sure that the Hammer of Sigmar will keep the ability to bring back an entire unit of Redeemer on a 5+ with a command point but it would be very powerful with the new rules of Stormkeep
  7. Hello, I will soon face my friend in an epic and iconic battle: Slaves to Darkness vs Stormcast Eternals (3000 pts). Here is the build that I planned to play. I have a lot of figurines still in reserve like the rest of the Dominion box, 5 judicators and Lord Celestant on Stardrake. Allegiance: Stormcast Eternals - Stormhost: Hammers of Sigmar - Grand Strategy: Hold the Line - Triumphs: Inspired Leaders Yndrasta the Celestial Spear (300) in Vanguard Lord-Arcanum on Gryph-Charger (215) in Warlord - General - Command Trait: We Cannot Fail - Artefact: Arcane Tome (Universal Artefact) - Mount Trait: Aethereal Stalker - Spell: Stormcaller Lord Imperatant (160) in Warlord - Artefact: God-forged Blade Lord-Ordinator (150) in Grand Battery Knight-Incantor (130) in Warlord Battleline 5 x Sequitors (130) in Hunters of the Heartlands - Stormsmite Mauls and Soulshields - 3x Stormsmite Greatmaces 5 x Sequitors (130) in Hunters of the Heartlands - Stormsmite Mauls and Soulshields - 3x Stormsmite Greatmaces 5 x Sequitors (130) in Hunters of the Heartlands - Tempest Blades and Soulshields - 2x Stormsmite Greatmaces 5 x Judicators (150) - Skybolt Bows - 1x Shockbolt Bows Units 5 x Evocators (225) in Vanguard - Spell1: Lore of Invigoration: Speed of Lightning 5 x Retributors (205) - 2x Starsoul Maces 3 x Annihilators (190) in Vanguard 3 x Praetors (155) in Warlord 2 x Concussors (235) in Vanguard Artillery Celestar Ballista (120) in Grand Battery Celestar Ballista (120) in Grand Battery Celestar Ballista (120) in Grand Battery Celestar Ballista (120) Core Battalions Warlord Vanguard Grand Battery Hunters of the Heartlands Additional Enhancements Artefact Total: 2985 / 3000 Reinforced Units: 0 / 4 Allies: 0 / 400 Wounds: 158 My strategy is to hurt him from a distance and with magic, while I would hold a solid line thanks to the paladins, the sequitors and Yndrasta. I know he will most likely play with Archaon and the Varanguard. What do you think of my build? Do I have to make any changes? Do you have any tactic advice for the battle? Thanks you
  8. I'm pretty sure that they say in the errata that Evocator can only take spells from Lore of Invigoration

  11. I also played my first game in V3 with the SCE (1000pts each, 2v2). Here is my quick feeback : - I really liked playing with Yndrasta, she is scary in range, she is scary in melee, she is not easy to kill but above all her ability to bring back the dead stormcast makes the army incredibly solid - the "blaze of glory" ability, without being very strong, allowed me to do some very appreciable additional mortal wounds notably against a hero that my Vindicators had surrounded (just before Yndrasta made them come back!) - I I had a lot of luck with my Anihilators (12 on the charge roll, fatal wounds on arrival almost all successful) which allowed me to destroy in the opposing ranks. I think they distributed 15 MW in total just on their arrival tower. It was particularly cool to see ! I can't wait to see what the new battletome will do, but the Dominion units are very interesting and give the Stormcast a lot of new possibilities.
