  1. I’m starting PTG next month. My list is: Lord of change, pink horrors (x2), cockatrice, tome of eyes, 1000 points. Now if my army sub faction is host arcanum, I can take the artifact of power fanged circlet which lets me add a unit of screamers once per battle. Do I keep those after the battle? Also do I start PTG with a spell, artifact of power, command trait, grand strategy, and triumph? Or do I have to pick just one of those?
  2. What's really powerful about this list is that the leader doesn't do any more than the packmasters, so if they take him down the mechanic still works. Although this deviates slightly from being pure Clans Moulder, this list should be very tough: 1000 points: Master Moulder (leader) Rat Ogor (x2) Warpfire Thrower Packmaster (x2) Giant Rat (x5) Also, The Warpfire thrower has a nice quad ability to do some serious damage from 8". You don't have to buy a Master Moulder since there's an extra Packmaster you can use "counts as".

  4. This Skaven Clans Moulder list is almost broken it’s so good and I’ve never heard anyone playing it. It’s cheap too! Master Moulder (leader) Rat Ogor (x2) Packmaster (x3) Giant Rat (x6) Basically, the Rat Ogors hit for 10.7 average damage per action (!) and the packmasters and leader give them an extra attack action outside of their activation for a double (!!). Everyone has insanely high movement also. For a campaign, you can give Thralls and Monsters (Hell Pit Abomination is Clans Moulder too!) an extra attack action. Or you can use Stormfiends (the best non-leader model in Warcry IMO) which are also Moulder/ Skryre. Best of all you only need to buy the leader and the Rats and Ogors box and you get 995 points.

So I’m putting together 3 Warcry armies for when we get out of covid restrictions (the local GW store can’t even give me a demo game yet). l have the Catacombs set, an Ironjawz box, and start collecting Beast of Chaos. Can someone explain the shooting rules such a line of sight, terrain blocking, etc.?
  6. Looking at it some more, seems like you should include an arcanite with vulcharc to keep opponents engaged. I also would love to put a Tzeentch daemon in there as an ally, any suggestions?
  7. I think this Tzeentch Arcanites lists is completely bonkers. I ran it through the MathHammer , would love to try it out, but collecting a Tzeentch Warcry army is a bit expensive. Fatemaster (10" flying, gives +1 melee attack to everyone in 9" bubble with no weird restrictions) Tzaangor with Savage Greatblade (x2) (With Fatemaster's buff does average 7.3 wounds per activation!) Tzaangor with Pair of Savage Blades (x3) Kairc Acolyte with Scroll of Dark Arts Kairic Acolyte with Cursed Glave and Arcanite Shield (x2) (Good for sitting on objectives)
