For my part, I dislike the horned Helmets. They feel awkward and disproportionate. I don't like replacing the faces either. My thought is similar to the above of trying to use the helms without the icon (either as is, add greenstuff to point etc) but still use the icons. However, instead of mounting the horns on the helm, im going to see if they can be mounted either across the back of their shoulders or on a single shoulder pauldron
