I don't play cavalry for SCE but most of the lists I see involve them. I think it is feasible but you will need to blast your opponent off objectives because your low model count will make it hard to hold them
Thanks for you comprehensive answers. The rules are ambiguous and I thought as you described I could use the removing of incoherent models as a way out. But as you said, that is not how the rules were designed
I was playing a game the other day and I wanted to bring in some liberators from reserve close to enemy territory but he was doing a good job of screening them out. However, I could fit three models. Could I place three and let the other 2 die?
Here is the list if anyone is interested:

I had a great idea but sadly I think it won't work, just need to check it though.
Using a Lord Relictor with Translocation, transport the cheapest priest possible (with curse, I think its a skink priest) they then curse a unit, finally teleport in judicators with crossbows and light up the target!
However, curse has a range of 9", if I teleport my skink priest 9" away, can I use curse?
The Lord Relictor gets +1 to chanting rolls; does it get +1 when rolling to banish an invocation?
Bonus questions: Is there a way to give it two prayers? Are there any invocations it can invoke? Can Priests dispel endless spells?
Thanks for your response. While you may be correct, I do not know if your example accurately reflects the wording of these rules. Both rules say "a model counts as 3 models": therefore, one model counts as three models, then those three models each count as 3 models.
In the new GHB the Expert Conquerors battalion makes Galletian Veterans count as 3 models on objectives. Also, if you choose Stormkeep, then Watchful Guardians makes Redeemers count as 3 models as well. Does this mean that a single model could count as 9!? For example, 5 Liberators would count as 15 models which would count as 45 models (5x3x3). What do you think?
Thanks Dogmantra! That was the exact detail i was looking for.
I've heard the talk about targeting hordes vs heros before and I wanted a more indepth and balanced answer. I didn't think about not giving it to the prime either.
I think I'll stick with all Skybolt bows. I have other things that can provide multiple low rend attacks. Also, the reduction in dice rolling is plus.
The Judicator Prime can choose a skybolt bow (3, 3+, 3+, -1, 1) which does a mortal wound on a 6 or a Shockbolt bow (D6+1, 3+, 3+, -1, 1) but without mortal wound potential.
Which do you think is better?
(I've included the Prime's extra attack)
I had just started to use this artefact to effectively create a a 5+ deathless save (6+ deathless then 6+ diadem = probability of 5+). Now the Generals handbook has made it almost useless. Will GW be changing it? Or will it now simply be a 12" rather than 6" deathless save?
