  1. Hello, Me (DoK) and my friend (Fyreslayers) played a game this weekend where my Khinerai Lifetakers where in combat with his vulkite berzerkers. My Khinerais hit first and was able to kill some of his berzerkers. He had activated this unit so that when they get slained they get to attack before they are removed. My Khinerais has an ability on 4+ to immediatly after all attacks has been resolved retreat 6". What happends first? Can I retreat and effectivly nullify his ability to attack after beeing slain or does he fight back first? My take on it was that my ability kicks in immediatly after all attacks has been resolved which is when wounds get allocated and if it happends on my turn I get to do my thing first but when its his turn he gets to do his thing first. That might be bollocks though? Anyone know so we do it correctly next time?
  2. Damn your right, it doesnt add anything to the point tally when I remove or add them. Good
  3. Anyone noticed in azyr that Morgwaeth is priced at 80 pts and her blade coven is priced at 80 pts? Sounds right but i've also heard people talk about her costing just 80 pts and that her gang would be free. But 160 pts makes sense, no?
  4. Me again with a follow up question. Played against my friend yesterday (beat those StDs back to the chaos wastlands) But in the DoK battletome (pg 48) it says "Mounts - Some heroes have a mount, such as a battle steed, a powerful monster that they can ride, or a massive war machine that they can stand upon, in all such cases, any command traits or magical artefacts can only be used to affect attacks made by the hero". Is this just a generic rule text? This doesn't trump the fact that the cauldron isn't mentionend as a mount in the war scroll?
  5. Oh right, it's +1 to wound. I'm at work and 1d4chan is down so I couldn't verify. But that is awesome. I'm sure there are better artefacts but you get alot of extra bang for the buck when sticking it to a hero on a cauldron versus a hero on foot then. Thank you for the answer!
  6. Thanks for the answer but I don't mean the buff from Hag Queens but the Relic of Khaine artefact "Hag Brew": Adds +1 to hit on all melee weapons. Do you know if that affects all attacks from the Cauldron or only those from the hero who equips it?
  7. Hi there, I'm kinda new to AoS and DoK but I love them already. That feeling when your witches oneshot the opponents general is hard to beat One thing that I really haven't found an answer to trough browsing the forums though is this: If I equip the artefact Hag brew on a hag queen or slaughter queen on a Cauldron, does it affect all melee attacks including the avatars attacks and the witch aelves attacks or only those from the hag queen/slaughter queen? My friend says that all attacks gets the bonus but I feel like it's too good Don't get me wrong, i'd love for it to be true but if I play with another player and he/she disagrees I don't think I could argue against him/her.
