  1. Who is your favourite general for arcane sacrifice? Ogroid can stab himself and heal from his spell so a self contained user. Magister to get those long range chaos spawn. Would love it on the ghaunt summoner but he is just a demon now.
  2. I find the endless spells I get the most use out of are the cheaper ones the 30-50 point stuff that you can fit into a list with the points left that you can't buy another unit with.
  3. You are not forced to be undivided in legion you just get extra benefit of additional options if you are. You can have a slaneesh marked shrine or have a unit permanently nurgle for the banner it just won't be able to change.
  4. Yea banshee unbinding an unlimited number of spells that easily is rediculous and sucks that it also denies fate points unlike other spell ignores. They do seem pretty vulnerable to shooting with only 1 wound each and we have a few ways to protect spells from being unbound.
  5. One neat thing I noticed about the curseling is when they unbind an enemy spell they can glean magic any enemy wizard in range not just the one they unbound. I don't know if anyone else assumed it was limited to the casting wizard like I did.
  6. The combination if endless spells realmscourge rapture and gnashing jaws is really run to send ahead of advancing warriors or chosen. A unit getting hit by both spells can take a lot of mortal wounds and they are both large bases to eat up table space.
  7. Can multiple chaos lords pick the same unit of warriors or chosen as their retinue?
  8. For 210 points I would go with 2 units if 5 marauder horsemen to screen and be a nuisance but I have some nicely painted ones that have been sitting on the shelf for 4 years.
  9. Maybe I missed it in your list building how did you get 2 banners in cabalists did you use a battalion for an extra enhancement?
  10. I am most disappointed in the warshrine the prayers are all much weaker than before and much more restricted in what units they can target.
  11. I am going to miss mask of darkness but we should still be able to have tzeentch wizards fling each other into range for a spell or maybe getting 8 fold cast closer to the center of the battlefield turn 1.
  12. Why specifically host arcanum summons vs regular screamer summons?
  13. The new eye of the gods table seems really fun especially since you can stack the same effect on normal troops. The dream of 3 or more rend in chosen is possible.
  14. I think the shrine will still be worth it for protection of the dark gods aura especially since it degrades in range slower going 18 15 12 9 with more generous brackets.
  15. I want to like the new flamers but 190 points for 6 wounds is just too fragile even with the improved save.
  16. Gaunt summoner did gain a better armour save and knowing all the lore of fate spells. As well as improving his own warscroll spell to 5 dice vs monsters and having a +1 to cast and unbind.
  17. Horrors are in a good place right now not being able to rally or heal them but also not counting as slain keeps them relevant but they die steadily to all damage thrown their way. They are the door stop that allow us to do more than kill the first enemy unit to get within 18" and pack up our models.
  18. Pinks can get worse when enough other stuff is buffed to not be made of paper. Our unit statlines were made when stacking penalties to hit was our main form of defense. With a cap on penalties to hit we either need to expand to penalties to wound or get better saves to see the same level of survivability.

  20. I would have expected points drops on our endless spells as it was happening everywhere else.
  21. I'm looking forward to obliterating peoples huge mobs of battleline with the chaos sorcerer on manticore spell.
  22. I run a similar list sonit was nice hearing about it in action. One comment I notice you use your free 6 screamers as a screen a lot. They summon in the hero phase and can still move and charge the turn they arrive.
  23. The recent changes absolutely dismantled Archeon Tzeentch lists which were artificially propping up Tzeentch play and win rates. No destiny dice No change coven No heroic recovery in combat Warmaster on archeon warscroll changed to allow zero benefit from allegence abilties so no locus, agendas, lore spells, can't even summon from him like other tzeentch heros.
  24. Pink horrors are still the cheapest way to bring lots of bodies. Going up in points is not surprising as they were expected to increase along with everything else but decreased instead. Acolytes went from 100 to 125 horrors going from 220 to 250 instead of briefly 215 makes sense. I always take 1 unit of pink horrors in every list but never more than 2 with something else filling the 3rd battle line spot.
