Hey guys, new to the AoS scene here. I was wondering if someone could advise me on my list building. I want to run a daemon army mostly consisting of Plague Drones and/or Pox Riders but I'm not sure which hero to run with them to proc the Locuses(Loci?), since there is no herald on rot fly and i'm not sure if the Lord of Afflictions does work. Also was eyeing the Tallyband of Nurgle battalion and started to wonder if the "Droning Masses" special ability allows for Plague Drones and Pox Riders to be returned to the units the same way the Wrath of Everchosen FAQ states that you can return them using Be'Lakor's command ability.
