Everything for Mawtribes is back in stock on the GW webstore. Although the maw pot is on the site the tyrant is still missing. Another idea is if you are getting a ogre blood bowl team for conversions like I am. Remove the banner pole hand at the wrist. Then take the extended arm for the bear trap and put one of the open hands from the ogre team on it. Then just rotate the banner pole hand so the pole rests in the open palm of the other hand. Then add any suitably large item on the end like a axe from the Minotaur sprue or a piece of one of the trees from the giant sprue to made a big mallet .

Kugane Those iron guts bits are a pain to get too. Ended up buying some random ogre stuff just so I could get the random weapons in it. Yeah need the bear trap so it wont be so much cutting to get them to work for what I need. Mainly want to make a gutbusters based army with converted gnoblar to make for the models I am not too fond of. Looking back I realized they fall into the theme of the grot rebellion from a game called gorkamorka. Just more of a wood shop look rather than the old junk yard look.

Hoping I can get some advice on getting parts for conversions. Seems like the bits stores like hoard o bits an bitzbox having page after of out of stock items. With no local people playing ogors. Where is a good place to get them particularly things like bear trap from the stonehorn so there are not fingers all over it, crew from the scraplauncher, and then things like the fur pelt from the cannon or bodies of beast riding ogors. Space marine bits are easily found but anything fantasy related is few and far between.

Good things to know. They made the lord of the rings stuff to a different scale than the rest of their lines. I just was not sure if that was to try and force you to use the same systems miniatures or some copywrite reason.

I am curious about how picky people can be about counts as models in regards to frost sabers. I wanted to get some wild wargs and use them as frost sabers but with only two poses I figured I would just convert some. Was either going to do something goofy like gnoblar knights or more edgy and double base something that would look a bit like mortal kombats barakka. With only one model with that cavalry base size in the army I do not think it would be confusing to anyone. Just not sure if looking nothing like the stock model would become a problem.

Kramer Yeah the image was just the first decent one I found through google. The copyright is apparently wide as it cannot even look like a vague coppy. Apparently you cant even use a gutplate as a design even when it is just a few triangles. I Do not have any artist friends or even a computer so I am kind of stuck with using google as my illustrator.

Not sure if i am alone on this but fter seeing that the Ogor dice were oversized and. It fits but i want to use the dice in games. Now that games workshop wants $ 35 for the new tzeentch dice. Getting custom dice made is the same price as games workshop dice I figured I would just do that. I assume they already trademarked the tzeentch symbol. Since any type of great maw symbol is out I need to find a silhouette image of some type of fanged mouth.
