  1. You get 1 for each hero, you also get 1 for each LIEGE(keyword), which is basically just the liege-kavalos, arch-kavalos, and katakros. So the Liege-Kavalos actually generates 2 RD points on his own.
  2. It's the way the rez rules themselves are worded. You either heal a damaged model, or bring back models with a combined wounds characteristic up to what you heal. So the boneshaper either heals a model 3 wounds, or brings back models with a combined wounds characteristic of up to 3. Stalkers have a wounds characteristic of 4 and morghasts have 6, so only the harvester on his d6 heal can bring them back.
  3. Based on what some of the articles have said, it is intentional. Makes mortek really hard to shift.
  4. I'm thinking about skipping them, you get +1 to wound, but you lose out on the exploding 6s, or 5s under the spell.
  5. What are people's thoughts on the Mortal Contracts spell from the lore in the book? It lasts the entire game, and it doesn't say you can't cast it on the same unit more than once, only that you can only put it on each unit once per hero phase. So if you cast it on a unit turn 1 and turn 2, does that mean if that unit does 1 wound to an Ossiarch unit, you roll 2d6 and each 3+ is d3 mortal wounds? If so, that could be really irritating on big monsters and such. 18" range is a bit of a downside, though, but Arkhan can mitigate that somewhat.
  6. If you go deathrider heavy I don't think the harvester is the best recursion, although it does still hit like a truck. To bring back a single 3 wound deathrider, the harvester needs to be next to a 5+ wound model when they die, roll a 4+ into a 5+. Or if it's a 10+ wound model its a 4+ into a 3+, with a 6 giving You 2 dudes back. Dropping the harvester I think gives you room for the batallion, and if you can squeeze a boneshaper in there you can give him the relic that lets him heal a 2nd time on a 4+, giving you potentially 2 dudes back a turn.
  7. This makes me think that at least one squad of deathriders might be a necessary thing.
  8. You may need to go on your appstore and force an update
  9. You can rez stalkers and even morghasts with the harvester, it's just very difficult. It's in the battletome right above the list of lore spells. On the AoS app ^-^
  10. In the GMG review video, you can read this part. Basically it says that you pick a legion keyword for your army, every OSSIARCH BONEREAPER (caps to show keyword) gets the legion keyword unless they already have a keyword. It works out as you can take the named dudes in any legion, they just don't get any of the legion bonuses unless you picked Mortis Praetorian.
  11. I feel like morghasts actually manage to find a niche in Ossiarchs that just isn't as useful in legions. Like people have previously mentioned, they are the only Fly you get outside of "move like fly" on stalkers, nagash, and arkhan, and they give themselves the 6+++ thanks to the hekatos keyword. In petrifex, they can be damn hard to kill and can soup up their output with extra rend if they need it. In stalliarch harbingers become even more of an early game threat thanks to run and 3d6" charge, add in that +3" movement and you've got an average melee threat range around 24"-25". Throw in the battalion with stalkers in and your harbingers get to add an extra 6" to that on turn 1. Ivory host lets them hit more accurately without requiring much in the way of support, but you do sacrifice some survivability for it. So while they didn't get any actual changes to their warscroll, and stalkers and immortis are damn good, I'd say morghasts are more worth their points in this book and are different enough from our four-armed friends to be a viable option.
  12. If you were supposed to be able to buff the attack characteristic of those shots, I would think they'd word it as "this profile can only be used once per battle" and not "you can only make one cauldron of torment and one cursed stele attack per battle". But hey, it's GW.
  13. I'd actually assume that it means both, you can only make one attack with the profile, regardless of it's attack characteristic, and once you do it that one time you can't do it again.
  14. Rereading it I found the part where it says the two special shots can only make one *attack* per battle, so I don't think it works, sadly ;c
  15. Yes, the +1 save part is only mortis praetorian. Honestly the fact that the banner bearer makes supreme lord affect everything wholly within 36" is pretty damn good.
