I love Frostgrave! But now, I can't wait to play Stargrave using my GCPS models from Mantic Games. That is a Great idea! Care to tell me what was the upper part from?:)

Hi! I've went for a dangerous "Counts as". Since I make a Tzeentch style army, My Dragon Ogres are as follows, My Shaggoth is a centaur out of the Lord Aquinor and the Silver Tower Ogroid, they have the same "chassis" so if fits more or less. But I have not tried them at a Tournament so don't know how would the TO look at them.

Greetings! Dear colleagues, I have managed to gathered some people in my area (4 to be exact) and introduce them to Age of Sigmar! We are starting to play a bunch of 1000 point games as it is a nice way to get the mechanics and other stuff to the beginners. Now, I am also a noob, unfortunately I play and collect too much table top games to consider myself a pro or even half decent in any But non the less I have a ton of fun no matter the system. Now, I would like to ask You for some advice to my following list, namely is it any good?:) Shaggoth with AoD Doombull with Gnarlblade Shaman with Titanic Fury 10x Bestigors 10x Ungors 3x Great Axe Bulls Spawn Ghorgon. Please excuse me for my method of submitting the list. All the heroes and bulls are in the Warlord batatlion. My question is, do I lack screens, or heavy hitters? At first I wanted to make a Tzeentch type list focused on Tzaangors etc., but the bulk of my Army is painted as Ghyran/Nurgle Gavespawn so I I've decided to go back to the Roots (funny thing, that Actually Sepultura is in my background as I write this post:))

Hi You can attach the drum to the belt of the Bullgor for example. The standard can be made on a standalone piece on the base itself. As for ungors, I try to make the assets as variable as possible. For example the standard is a spear with some skull bits. The horn blower has its horn on the back etc.

Hi. 3rd: yes, Rhino Rush and Turbo boosting Bikers were the game changers 4th: Orks received their 5th edition Rulebook at the end of 4th edition, thus their open toped Trukks could reach You in the first turn 5th: Yes! Orks were great You could go Heavy vehicle, heavy infantry, hybrid etc. Great edition:) And I am aware of the Measured Gaming channel. My favorite AoS related Channel on YT

Hi! Let us hope so, the shooting rules are as dumb as you can get! When I played 40k from 3rd to 5th edition You Could actually hide in close combat, and in 4th edition it was a major ork tactic, smash a whole unit and consolidate into another one. But right now in AoS Shooting has no boundaries! Fire from Close combat, info close combat etc. There are so many good TT games out there right now. When I play vs a KO I feel like there is nothing I can do. To be fair though we have no LoS blocking terrain and no area terrain so maybe that is why I get beat up so much. Maybe skyfires are the answer to my problems? Because I have only 30 Ungor rider I prefer to use them as 3x10 instead of 1x30 man strong unit.

Hi In the Wfb days I've used the Thunderwolfs from the Thunderwolf Cav. But right now The wolfs are Lycans in my KoW army. Gorebeasts was a thing too! You can also go with the Ork Pigs, they are huge and will do nicely. I was thinking about using Morunfangs, they were my chariots once but now I’m using different models and they just sit in the box of shame 😊

Hi That is very interesting! I usually try to take 2 or 3 because I feel that our heroes are very weak. I mean the only engine that we have is the +3" Move aura. Which is a huge deal non the less but I feel that we want more bodies. Well unless You play Places of arcane power vs KO on a near empty table. In that case the more heroes the better :) I will have to try a 3x Shaman build one day because we do in fact have some nice Spells (Tendrils, Stranglethorns and Wild Rampage come to my head). But with no bonuses to cast we won't cast much I think. I also had an idea of a double beastlord build, one with the Gnarlblade and the other with the Volcanic Axe, but I think that the Knowing Eye is the clear winner for Artefact number 2 in Gave spawn.

Greetings. I beg the differ. That was true many years ago, since that time that company greatly improved their quality. Yes they did not reach the level of most GW minis but there are a handful of companies that can compare to GW. But If You look at the new plastic ones, they Rock! Detail and poses, if You wish I can send a photo of a new Basilean. The same goes for their Sci Fi range, please compare the imperial guard either scions or guardsmen to the GCPS models, Mantic is miles ahead of GW in this case. But back on topic. Are any of our Behemoths worth in a 1000 point game? I know that some scenarios provide extra VPs if a Behemoth controls an objective, but our monsters seem not to be competitive, and wasting 140+ points only for objective purposes does not seem a good idea?

The Rules always have been on a great level, but that is a different story. I just wanted to show the chimera And speaking of which (the Chimera) My colleague was cleaning his closet and found one. He was playing WoCh so 2 or 4 Chimeras was standard for them... Non the less the Chimera will be mine if we meet next time, thus I would like to ask You about your experience with this monster... Is it worth it? That is a hefty price for a T-shirt save. How will the chimera do vs FEC or Naked dwarfs (I'm guessing that vs KO that is a one turn of shooting.)

Hi! The Crown of Command provided Stubborn for You and Your unit. It was a common EQ to have a Stubborn Beastlord with a 1+ Sv with a reroll and a 5 point magic weapon (-1 AP for example). And Have him in a unit of Bestiors with a Banner of Discipline. That way You were stubborn 10 on the unit and thanks to the FaQ and other things, Your general was providing LD 10 all around :) The Beastmen got some teeth in the End Times though! Becasue our Lords were good and our units not, the ET solved the problem becasue the point caps in heroes and lords went up. And We received a propper beatstick in the likes of a Doombull with Fly, AoD and Mark of Tzeentch (Flying monster with a 3+ RR1 Ward Save with 6 Str 8 attacks!)
